It's just the thing that some heroes have this, some don't. It would look really better if all heroes had this... And "who cares about something" argument. You could use this argument on nearly whole visual suggestion forum. But allright, that's your opinion

Try making them rotate a bit / spin like they do in other models.'
I also think this highly relates to: http://www.playdota.com/forums/41273...ath-animation/ Open the testmap and kill Storm Spirit. It floats up! And it's animation isn't triggered

Well, while the idea itself is nice it has some major flaws.
Some models look pretty well (Stone Giant) but some don't (especially these who have weapons falling on the floor, the weapon 'dissipates' too). Not sure if it's necessary. |

I think this only should apply to some specific heroes, some heroes look better without it.

I like this suggestion for a couple of reasons. One, I would like to see consistency between all the heroes compared to lesser units on the map, which is why I support the hero glow suggestion too.
Secondly, some heroes have a horrible death animation, mainly the ones that just dissappear. Storm's a terrible offender for this, but I think Venge does it too? Of course, special case deaths I think should be left untouched, like Pudge's suicide. |

^ Undead heroes do not dissipate.
This theme should be maintained. Lots of undead units have death animation which exclude the possibility of dissipating (Spectre, Lich, Visage, Lycan, Night Stalker to name a few). Also, why would Scourge heroes be raised up to the heavens after death? Most scourge heroes just disappear and we see their soul (?) raising. This could be used for all Scourge heroes. There are some exceptions, however - e.g. Naga Siren, Drow Ranger, Azgalor (lolwut?). Still, it's worth working on. I'd love to see dissipating Tiny.

You made Pudge explode when he dies...
Why not make some for the others right? You'll see a lot of floating heroes on Clan Wars when they die.
