Phase Boots, an epic buff

So my idea is that phase boots would allow user to have +10%ms when not attacked in the last 7 seconds, with the phase ability too. I think its codeable. So what do you think?

Pros

-more phaseboots
-better for gankers

Cons

-?

phase boots are fine and just bc not everyone uses them doesnt mean they need a buff

for some heroes it's core.

TC without phaseboots is really less powerfull for exemple.

Phase boots have actually potential for a lot of purposes.

Like? so because 1 hero can somthing with it there is no need of fix?

Your description is vague.
Will the phase boot still have the Phase ability?
Will the phase ability stack with the %MS?
I can't judge by concept if you don't have enough detail.

Phase boots is an item that is meant for chasing. When activated they help you get the most hits in while animation canceling. It's just not good at that role.

What I think would help fill this role even more would be to allow you to attack while running. There are many ways to get this effect, but it's hard to decide which is the best.

Make attacks have a lower attack animation speed(Impossible, if not very hard to code)
Make them attack like razors ultimate(Weird, and buggy trying to match attack damage)
Add a slide or max movespeed of 1 second after each successful attack (requires the attack when actiavted to become an orb = bad)

So in other-words, it should do something that is almost impossible to code... Too bad... because I would really like this item if you could attack while running.

obviously, you don't buy phase boots many times. and there is a huge difference between fixing and changing something.

Srsly? I think treads is the one which is weak. Can't remind the last time I did it.

+26 dmg isn't bad at all, and phase just saved me a bunch of times.

Anyone has noticed how power treads is just plain better... more HP, if u want, more AS anyway and more INT, if u want. The 10 ms is not an epic difference. I have rarely seen someone go phase boots i see them only going BoT or Power Treads.

pipe needs a buff, people are not choosing to get it on every single hero, every single game. its a very underpowered item because of this
