You got my vote , however , the only problem is that creeps still spawn when the rax are destroyed.

wat's the animation duration don really matter.... i felt like it shud be like the ancient of lore raises his arms 3 times, and the creeps pops out..

T-Up, not only it makes sense and looks kewler it is also much easier for newbies to know when the creeps will spawn.......think of it this way, a hero was about to gank top lane he comes in by the river when he reaches the creep's path ....oahhh noes, CrEEPs the hero saw him and runs away in the forest or possibly buy a tp scroll and teleport....well youll get the idea
