Razor's static link

Alright. In this certain 1 match, i randomed razor and used him rather than repicking since he's too powerful to be true(i think). And on the opponent's team, there was this troll warlord which farmed neutrals all the way and became fat. Our team was like "woo where'd that guy come from? i'm getting pwned by him". and the situation was further devastated when the troll got his aegis. so Axe and i, the fattest in our team by far had to kill troll before things go out of hand. and yea we sticked to each other for safety reasons. and troll shows up with sven. sven was pwned in a matter of seconds(lol?) while the troll continued fighting us even though RK's dead and gone. Don't know why he continues fighting rather than running even though my static link took around 100+ dmg from him already. AND THEN THE BUG(not sure whether its a bug anot though) OCCURS. the troll died due to axe's spin spin wooo and used his aegis of the immortal. even though he was dead, my static link was still drawing damage from him. I was like "wadde hell is going on??? i'm sucking damage from the grave?" and woo the troll comes back with -damage. i think its was 2** - 240 for his dmg or something like that. and yea my teammates got over and we pwned him.

Is this a BUG? or just something meant to be and justified? please look into it. sorry that i cant provide any replays but i suppose you guys can conduct a simple test for it, though.
