kraken shell removes it, linken sphere blocks it, automatic borrowed time removes it.
afaik there aren't more. |

Doom can't be purged, nor removed by Aba's apothic shield.
edit: ¬¬ edit2: Bear in mind that purge doesn't remove negative buffs exactly, it simply removes buffs. This means both negative and positive. |

The best resource on doom on the net. A bit old, but:
Absolutely Everything Doom (Ultimate) Disables, What Doom Disables, Doesn't Disable, and is Disabled By (6.59c) (Btw, yes. It can only be blocked by linken's and removed by krakken and borrowed time.)
