If you ignore him, he will be very powerful. |

Centaur is fine as it is, actually he's my favorite Tank hero
and your Double Edge is way too powerful... you gank an enemy with this, stun him and crush his ass dagger would be useless and DotA wouldn't be the same with a dagger-less cent |

You mean Centaur will be way too powerful with dagger which has 1100 blink range?
Centaur is not fine as it is.

adding a charge effect to double edge would ruin centaur's whole concept. his shit needs to be hard to land.

i dislike dagger on initiator heroes, its not really even good. its better as a positioning tool for heroes that need it. but yeah, it needs to be hard to land. its just balanced bad as it doesnt give you anything for landing it successfully.

Yes, dagger ruin heroes concept. (look at ES)
All Centaur can do in game is dagger->stun->being ignore, cant chase down low hp enemy. My purpose for this remake is remove dagger as core item from him, make him more offensive. Lower cd, bigger aoe for Hoof Stomp 400 charge range (it's only 400, very short) on Double Edge Increase his MS to 310

its just 35 AoE increase, but maybe need a further 2 sec increase to make it 14seconds, i know i said 12 but now i think maybe 14 is better since this is an AoE stun with good duration and AoE. It needed some decrease in cooldown tho and some increase in range. Also moving the centaur from blink dagger will let him focus on buying that radiance to be a proper tank.

saw the comparison with Sladar stun?
Sladar's stun has 350 AOE 2.5 sec stun, 2 sec slow afterwards, 8 seconds cooldown, 115 mana, easy to land with Sprint. Look at Centaur?

But that is because slad doesnt have another nuke, he is a chaser with 2 skills that make him ideal for his purpose. the comparison is very poor... Centaur purpose is to tank and initate, which we can do very well with blink dagger and bots/phase. i see no reason to change probably one of the best combos in the game. If anything, return and his ult need a conceptual remake. but these 2 skills are fine as is.

I agree about the hoof stomp. t-up
Buffing the double edge is not a bad idea, but i'd suggest to add some splashing aoe damage to it, so that is would be more fun. Another buff that Centaur really needs is his attack range from 100 --> 125 due to his size. |
