Default [ADDED]-[Aghanims] Agha-Effect for Faceless Void


Hey guys,
I was bored and created an Aghanims effect for Faceless Void.





The testmap contains two versions, first a static one and then a slightly pulsing one (still thinking about the pulsing, did not put much work in it so if you look close it'll look a bit weird).

Just T-Ups and T-Downs won't help, I'd prefer if you give a full comment.
Also, this is not a static suggestion. I will read what you write and I'll try to improve the effect based on your comments.

The MSI is 2kb - nothing to cry about ;-)

Edit:
Update: I adapted the shape of the mace a bit, now it has good positioning.
Also put the ES effect there, you can comment on it but it is not part on the suggestion.
Update 2: Added a particle emitter to the club's head to make the effect more flashy.
Update 3: Added a brighter version, also with an adapted particle emitter.

It's nice of you that you ask the comunity.
Why don't you just force this awesome suggestion into the game? D:

I'd suggest attaching hammer to 'weapon' and the handle to 'hand,left' and see how it turns out. Why? To avoid this:


Also, it's not really that epic. Ribbons and emitters! \:3/

Suggest the Aghanim effect for Earthshaker nao!

I actually talked to Ice and the betateam before posting here, but I think improving it with the community's help can't hurt.
I can't simply force FX into the game, even though I usually skip the public suggestions part

The only good thing I can think of is making the head of the club leave a trail.

I gonna check whether I can do a stronger version without changing the color too much.

It is not easy to adapt the shape perfectly, but I am actually on it.
Might try that later, but to avoid overlapping I'd have to remove the handle part.

I am not yet happy with the ES effect, so I am thinking of other concepts and/or improvements.

But as I said the problem is the overlapping of both parts if they pulse independently, so in that case I might remove the middle part. Or am I wrong there?
Best thing might be to make the cut somewhere on his "hand" so you can't see it.
