2) Add a new type of rune: "random" in multicolor. You don't know what rune you'll get! 3) Add hook accuracy command to Clock's ultimate. Cuz the other 2 have one. |

1) remake/buff upheaval
2) a new fresh loading screen 3) change/rework storm's imba ult that's like a free blink with no cd.. makes him pretty hard to kill without any rightly timed silences or disables.. thanks ice for everything..

Make some command or system to give chicken/crow 's control to your team, so you don't have to share control of your hero too.
I wonder if it could be possible to add runes into the minimap when team has vision of it ? A small dot (not something too flashy or too big) I wonder if it would be possible (doubt so) that when you click on an ally hero, you can see in the grid his spells and their cd (but you have no control over it) ?? I don't think it's doable (or maybe even make a small box like the scoreboard appear when you click a hero with his spell cd inside, then disappear when you unselect) Buff eul's duration to 3sec and reduce cd to 20sec, reduce duration of guinsoo to 3sec and reduce cd to 25 or 20 make clarities regen over 20sec instead of 30, 30 is really too long you always end up interupted at a moment, it wouldn't be imba or anything Oh, and mentionning in changelog customkeys code when they change / are new. For example : added bane elemental to agha [a0xx] |

1) Lucifer - I've personally emailed you about him, and you replied to me, saying you hate the hero yourself. Why haven't you done something about it? Scorched earth is the dumbest skill in this game - it needs changed. I personally think you could take 1 of 2 routes for the skill: 1) give it the ability to reduce armor on buildings, after all the earth under them is being scorched; they should be made vulnerable. Make it reduce building armor by 2/4/6/8. Or 2) make the regen/degen on it different; regen of 2/4/6/8 and degen of 3/5/7/10 or something; that way it can be used as a form of semi-harassment. What good is the current 1 health or 2 health degen /second early-game? That's neutralizing a hero's base health-regen. And in reference to the regen, over 20 seconds @ 2 life/second you've neutralized 40 damage from tinker hitting you once. Woo-hoo.
2) Sceptor - has been changed recently, but ultimately it's helping heroes who don't deserve it. This patch has had MANY MONTHS of time to prep for, and to see heroes like faceless void, pudge, nightstalker, spiritbreaker, jugg, abadon, etc. get use from it is disappointing to say the least. Why aren't heroes that could get benefits from it having access to sceptor? Heroes like puck, silencer, destroyer, tree, omniknight, tide, etc. could get great use out of the item, and they all actually make sense for it. Not random throw-together heroes like abadon, NIGHTSTALKER, SPIRITBREAKER ... hell if nightstalker gets sceptor usage why doesn't KOTL get double day vision or some shit? 3) Quelling blade - I think this is a great concept and item for melee heroes to start the lane for last-hitting. Only problem is 12% on a ranged hero is terrible; on 50 damage thats +6 damage. Just on creeps though - what's the point? I could buy my base-stat item[slipper of agi, gaunt of str, or mantle of int] + 1.5 branch for the same price. Thats 4.5 dmg to creeps and heroes, I'm getting life/mana/armor etc. Like 12% mathematically - it's not an option for a ranged hero. I'd say buffing to 18% seems mandatory. 4) Poor man's shield - This item needs to have the option that power treads has: either 2 slippers of agility, 2 gauntlets of strength, or 2 mantles of intelligence and then give the corresponding stat the +6 bonus. Making an item limited to agility-only is stupid. Make a limit of 1 per inventory to dissuade players from using this in place of bracers. 5) Terror-blade - The most under-used and terribly-skilled hero in dota still didn't get changed this patch; please look into this and change him dramatically. 6) Jakiro - His ult needs help; even with sceptor, it's nothing to be proud of. Since the creation of jakiro, this ult has always been an embarrassment. Actually change it to a cool AoE that should be strong and fearful so this hero can hit competitive play. I only want one thing:
Stop wasting the map size with so many goddamn icons and models that can be switched with icons already in Warcraft's engine, just look at the map size of 6.59d and 6.60: 3300k to 3880k. 500k in only one update! 3 of 4 Tauren Chieftain skills have imported icons, same as Razor (and some dont even fit: an icy helmet for Unstable Current?). At least, if you use an imported icon, use a good one. Not three Aghanims with different colours, at least make them original. I mean, it's ok that you like custom stuff, but care about map size please, theres only 200k left. Edit: Oh yes, stop using the Endurance Aura model and use other models instead, even if imported they only use 2k each (most of them), that's like 1/3 of an icon. |

Invoker: Make clicking on instances (Exort, Wes, Quas) not cancel whatever you're currently doing.
For example, if you're moving from point A to B and you want to cast Meteor, you would go E, E, W and Invoker would stop moving the moment you pushed the first E.

Change icon for ezalor to one where it is artwork instead of polygons.
Change icon for broodmother, same reason above. Add some slow or stun effect on Jakiro's ult instead of just damage. And make it bigger..heck, make Jakiro channel a huge lava drenching pit. |

Ever since i played DotA two years ago I always wondered why isn't it ever Sentinel Heroes vs Scourage Heroes. So what i really want is...
Balanced between the two sides hero wise. So it can really be a clash between the good and the bad! Since there are neutral taverns now both sides can pick from them! Eh, just my little fantasy thought about good vs evil. Haha. But it would be fun to have a mode that emphasize on Sentinel vs Scourage. =P |

Assisting hero should get some sort of bonus since sometimes you get these annoying people who last hit and ks your prey.
OMG mode looks really fun, I would love to play that sometimes. Buff the Ghost Staff, it is kind of weird for it's cost.

Medusa is weak....plzz make the snakes animation a little bit faster....and other animation on snakes is that is posible. Quelling Blade ....tree chop - at least 2 or 3 tree to chop (is good for mind gamers is someone like balanar chase you in the forest)

I wish there were more runes.
Something like, Stunning rune. Enhances hero's attack with 0.1 stun effect for 15 secs "also ranged" Mana Burn rune. Enhances hero's attack with a +20 mana burn effect for 30 secs "also ranged" Ethereal rune. Disables unit pathing on hero for 25 secs. Demolition rune. Enhances hero's attack with a +25% building damage bonus. etc etc |

Aim Shot- Sniper never miss for 7/8/9/10 seconds (now his shots are really aimed coz it never miss) cd=15 secs? / mana=50? 2.) coz of my wish #1 remove "never miss" on MKB coz it's IMBA 3.) i wish my wish #1 and #2 will be granted and btw, in that way you can counter evasions not so IMBA coz it's limited |
