makes perfect sense. it also gives slark a better escape mechanism as he can now leap over cliffs.
i see no reason to tdown this; he needs a buff inb4 qqing nubs whining about how OP slark is |

my point? those spells have different mechanics too. pounce isnt near as gamechanging as a good hook or arrow as pounce brings a low hp hero right next to you just ASKING to be killed |

Yeah, you bind the enemy to the area..... unless that enemy is retarded or something he will simply walk turn and kill the uber fish, AoE him, or maybe walk around in circles dodging some dmg or AoE spells, instead of trying to move forward.... t-up for this, a simple convinience.....

Oh my god, you all must be kidding. That guy was obviously kidding about the hook and arrow.
About the pounce: It's perfect now. It's not difficult to land it. |

^ agreed. pouncing the creeps is just..
it's a good suggestion. it's a chasing/escaping skill. why would icefrog make it hit the creeps anyway??

yes. It work against creeps, even an allied creeps. Tested
I just experienced it this afternoon. I used pounce with my creep blocking me, then the leap stopped =,= pretty annoying |

Not true, it does bind you to the creep, which is complete nonsense

Heroes, items and skills have their obvious benefits and subtle consequences of a failed pick, purchase or maneuver. The reason you grapple a creep is most likely an attempt to draw some difference between pounce and Mirana's leap. Otherwise, it's borderline copy paste hero making.
Slark can go invisible, can heal fast, can steal attributes. He is such a well rounded hero and this could be the single drop in the bucket that punished him for a failed gank attempt. Look to Alch's Unstable Concoction for a similar pattern. You're trying to stun/nuke the enemy... If it's not initiated sooner or you get juked guess what? You're stunned/nuked. It's not a bad suggestion. I don't approve though :/ T
