[Warcraft 3] PC restart

So... When I'm playing some nice DotA game, I die, press alt+tab to read some forums. Then all of a sudden my PC restarts. I dunno how, I asked my brother for help but he didn't want to do something about it.

Help pls

1st - Update your graphic drivers only from these sites: Welcome to NVIDIA - World Leader in Visual Computing Technologies or Advanced Micro Devices Inc. . Don't use drivers from Windwos updates or from your CD

2nd - Run a Full Virus Scan with your Anti-Virus to be sure. Please, FULL system scan, not only C drive or something.

3rd - Did you install the game, or just copied it?

Why alt-tab? You have windows right? Press the windows key between alt and ctrl.

probably temperature problem or power supply problem.
