Worst enemy in lane?

Who is worst hero to lane against? If we're talking just 1 hero kunkka, brood and eza are the worst for me. Kunkkas tidebringer is so fucking annoying and the pushing powers of brood and eza is retarded.
Worst combo have to be cm + knukka or eza + pl.

with a bottle on her SHE'LL SPAM LIKE NO TMR AND THERES ALMOST NO WAY TO AVOID HER SNAKE coming to suck your mana.

and orbwalker combo like drow/clink/viper

silencer can be often be a great pain to play against in lane. Axe and dark seer also.

Kunkka would not do much at low levels as aoe being nerfed + if you have high-range hero or orb-walker there is no problem...

Basically anything that moves and harass you is bad.

But you know what's the worst? The starting enemy tower. They will hit you even after you run into the fog with their imba slow moving missile. Not even the invisible Brood can escape this.

Yeap that tower is the worst enemy in lane.

IMO viper is the most annoying enemy in lane.
Whenever I see him I pick vs/lion/es/sk and go roaming/trilane.

lost mentioned with what i agree, but a pro roof can be damn annoying with his heal/hide. untill you unexpectedly pull out dust from your pocket ^^ but by then laning phase can be close to over already.

Silencer and any dual stun/disable lane. Skilled orb walkers are a pain in the ass as well.
