[ANIMATION] Weather - Lightning Effect & Tornado's

Hello Dota Community,

i noticed that when changing weather effects is kinda cool,, but still Rain effect is missing something its just raining, but what we all know that there are Lightnings in most of the time when it rains in real life.. so what im suggesting here is to add a small effect for lightning when the weather is rainy .. plus few milli-seconds before the animation of the lightning effect appears let the screen give a 0.1 sec with 40% opacity white Flash Light, Of course There is Lightning effects already in-game engine.. which is much better ... & there is this Model

ALSO Adding A Quick Passing Tornado's in the Weather to make the game more epic !

It looks nice indeed, but, IMO, the rain would look better without it, the lightning can be confusing, so t-d.

We could have it as a new weather type, like "storm". It would have the rain from, well, "rain", plus the lightnings here, and perhaps we could add some sound effects and stuff to make it even more epic.

Anyway, T-Up for more variety!

I prefer the lightning effects in werewolf map.
Instead of giving a visual thunder effect they just make the whole screen blink white black for a mini second occasionally with the sound of thunder.
A very cool effect that really fit a storm.

this, but the werewolf map's screen blink is too long, its hard to play

Really? At my place, on most of the rainy days there are no lightnings at all, only if it storms.
Imo this wouldnt really fit that good to weather rain, it would fit to something like storm.
But the lightnings look really cool
