Simple get some basic items like boots and magic wand, then continue to farm skadi and then divine rapier.

After this(or before) just stack some hp/attackspeed/crit.

^He's so squishy. One stun/disable followed by some nukes would kill him. Extra HP and can tower dive.

I would rather just get some bracers instead of Vanguard on him. The damage block is basically wasted.

It depends on other team, so I'd get:

1. 2 Bracers (or 3 wraiths)
2. Treads (Str if you get wraiths, Agi if you get bracers)
3. Crystalys
4. MKB (simply turn it off)
5. Buriza
6. Luxuries: Assault Cuirass, Butterfly (Recommended), Eye of Skadi, Heart (not recommended), Radiance (recommended), or Divine Rapier if you've got a loads of cash in your pocket and want to end the game now

Rush radiance like your life depends on it (at least the game does), and then get either treads or travels (usually the latter). Then get whatever you need most (usually survivability items).
If you can't rush radiance don't play weaver. Radiance pretty much doubles his damage output and gives him great farming speed. Without it, you're just a terrible DPS who doesn't chase so well either.

if the enemys have strong physical dps heros then get vanguard, otherwise 2x bracer is better, and about mkb, why would anyone need it without true strike? there are better items then that, since it doesn't work on germinite

He is too squishy, radiance should only be treated as a luxury, not a core. Even then, items like skadi and Butterfly help you do better.

1. 1 bracer and 2 wraith
2. Treads (if you are confident, AGI, if you are gonna get nuked ot death, STR)
3. Vanguard (then switch treads to AGI)
4. Then, AND ONLY THEN, if you can, get Radiance. If not, rice up a skadi,

Nah, radiance is okay. As an initial item, it helps you with your farming and ganking potential allowing you to get your core items quicker. It synergizes best with your Shukuchi.
