Either I don't get it or this is horribly OP. Think of heroes who get over 2k mana like Obsidian Destroyer. 2000-180 =1820*1.25 =2275 damage! Tweak numbers please.

4500 for mass burst damage! Talk about imba. Dagon level 5 only does 800 damage and it's the most expensive item in the game!

If you want to make an int herocounter item please dont make it int item, plus there are way better items and noeone would be getting this.

This is a joke item... Int with damage? For destroyer? But he has better on what to spend that gold (shivas, guinzo), Silencer? Same than destroyer... So this is a counter for int? But only int should use this, but guess what, offers no armor nor HP, no support, and nothing that would benefit any int hero at all, just a 400 at most nuke (at most, assuming we are going to attack with this a high farmed int hero, but at that moment, you are wasting your slot into something that can be way better for you and the team...).
5% mp regen? Is that a joke? Sobi mask already gives 50%.....

hm, the dmg isn't so overpowered, lets look this situation
centaur has 3k health, he already got some nice items (HoT+treads+vanguard+)
then he gets this item
with full centaur HP this item is gonna do like 850 dmg, that isn't that much in lategame i think with that big cooldown, i think this item should not be usefull..

I believe that the name should be Asura. It can also be Ashura (Japanese name), just to be in tune with Sange and Yasha.
