[Cosmetic]Phase Boots

did you guys notice that phase boots has no description?

Like Boots "Generic sneakers, increasing movement by 50."
While Phase Boots has "None"

well maybe lets give it some.

So, phase allows you to walk through units. thats kinda like a ghost or ethernal.

any suggestions?

I guess its best to suggest one before you post... then let the forum community give you revisions / changes for your suggestion.

If you don't know what noclip is, then you've probably never played Half-Life or Doom or Quake.

I only play DotA, I don't play any other games like Half-life or Doom or Quake, cause I don't want to be addicted in other games because I'm still studying. Maybe when I grow up.
