Default Create your OWN dota hero from other VIDEO GAMES!


(Doesn't belong in suggestions as it's for sheer entertainment)

Pick your any of your favorite video game characters and turn them into a dota hero. The fun trick is to design them creatively yet pretty grounded so they're viable and not overpowered.

I'll do one.. feel free to add anyone from Zelda/Final Fantasy/Metroid/Street Fighter whatever universe. Blanka would be exciting (barrel roll, electricity, etc)

MARIO
Hails from the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario has joined the Sentinel to uproot the evil that influences Bowser.

Strength/Melee/300 ms (avg stat gain, tankable with right items or ganker)

Super Mario (icon is Mushroom)
With the power of magical mushroom, Mario grows in size temporarily and stomps for damage. While Mario is big, he can jump repeatedly for damage.
Level 1: (3) sec duration, 150 range jump/50 stomp damage/0.5 sec stun
Level 2: (4) sec duration, 175 range jump/75 stomp damage/0.5 sec stun
Level 3: (5) sec duration, 200 range jump/100 stomp damage/0.5 sec stun
Level 4: (6) sec duration, 225 range jump/125 stomp damage/0.5 sec stun
(0.5 sec CD between each jump)

*On duration, Mario can spam this for rapid damage. Mario still has to be careful due to the 0.5 sec CD and is still susceptible to stuns & disables.
*Also great for chasing as well as merely escaping

Fireball (icon is Flower)
With the power of magical mushroom, Mario hurls balls of fiery inferno.
Level 1: Rapidly hurls (2) fireballs that travel up to 700 distance, 50 dmg each
Level 2: (2) fireballs, 800 distance, 75 dmg each
Level 3: (3) fireballs, 900 distance, 75 dmg each
Level 4: (3) fireballs, 1000 distance, 100 dmg each

*Travels rather slowly like Batrider's projectile.
*Rolls & bounces off the ground just like in Nintendo.
*Longer cool down & moderate mana cost to prevent overpower when combo'ed with other skills.

Coins (PASSIVE) (icon is mario gold coin)
Mario can detect and extract hidden gold from creeps
Level 1: 10% chance to gain double creep bounty on last hit
Level 2: 20%
Level 3: 30%
Level 4: 40%

*A great passive to farm with. On proc, it produces gold-coin sfx.

STAR POWER (Ultimate)
Mario will ignore ALL incoming damage and whoever contacts him will receive damage with a knock back (Plays global star music)
Level 1: 5 second duration, 100 contact damage, 200 distance knockback
Level 2: 6 second duration, 150 contact damage, 200 distance knockback
Level 3: 7 second duration, 200 contact damage, 200 distance knockback

*KEY is Mario is still fully vulnerable to disables/stuns/sheep, he will simply ignore all damage and cannot die.
*No particular spells of Mario are stellar, but Mario's power comes from ability to combo Mushroom/Flower at once or with Star combined. He will truly shine if he has a disabler teammate. I guess he's in a way a castor STR like Tauren Chieftan
*A great initiator spell to jump into the fire with and knockback everyone

i have one in hero ideas, please do comment on him. he's the Shale Lord from BR.

anyway i have another one.

Altair - Follower of the Creed

1st skill - Blend: Blends with surroundings, being invisible while near allied creeps.
2nd skill - Stealth Kill: Deals damage without breaking invisibility
3rd skill - Counter Attack: if attacked, has a chance to instantly kill any non hero units(except roshan) and deal high amount of damage to heroes.
Ulti - Leap of Faith: Climbs a tree, when you jump out of it, you get 0 visibility from enemies(cannot be seen even by gem) for 12 seconds. If you attack while this is active, all enemies will get more attention to your hero(creeps would automatically attack you instead of your allies)

Intelligence/Ranged

1st skill: Divine touch- Jesus Christ heals himself and nearby allies in 500 aoe with 100hp, cd 5 sec.
2nd skill: Pray: Jesus Christ prays for 5 seconds (atropos nightmare effect on himself without damage). After he finishes praying he buffs himself and nearby allies with 30% magic resistence increase. Last 10 seconds.
3rd skill: Revenge: Jesus Christ puts on his special glasses and see's everybody as jews making him deal 50% more damage. last for 3/4/5/6 attacks
ultimate: Resurrection: When he dies Jesus Christ respawns 50% faster then normal. 0 mana cost, 240 sec cd.

Toss

Zealot Charge, Charges nearby enemy unit gaining lots of speed.
Psionic Storm, Calls down a big thunderstorm dealing damage to all units in it.
Permanent Cloak, Permanently cloaked.
Ultimate:
*PRO*Toss, You gain pro status and evolve into a protoss shield, armor and weapons are all uppgraded to level 3. And if there is another *PRO*Toss hero around you two gain merge into a powerfull Archon which both and none of you control because you are now one.

Fairy Bow

Link use his bow give it by the fairys and shoot an arrow to the enemy

Level 1 - Shoot a normal aroow, deals 90 damage
Level 2 - Shoot a Fire arrow, deals 120 damage and deals 10 DPS for 10 seconds
Level 3 - Shoot a Ice arrow, deals 225 damage and slows the enemy for 5 seconds
Level 4 - Shoot a Light arrow, deals 275 damage and blind the enemy for 7 seconds

Bombs
Links use the bombs that he buy to the gorons to deal damge in AoE

Level 1 - Deals 120 Damage and .5 ministun
Level 2 - Deals 175 damge and .7 ministun
Level 3 - Deals 225 damage and .9 ministun
Level 4 - Deals 300 damage and 1.2 ministun

Master Sword
Link have the legendary master sword, wich each atack link have the oportunity to deal more damage or do a spin atack

Level 1 - 5% to do twice damage or to do 75 damage in 200 AoE
Level 2 - 7% to do tiwce damge or to do 100 damage in 200 AoE
Level 3 - 9% to do twice damage or to do 150 damage in 200 AoE
Level 4 - 12% to do twice damage or to do 175 damage in AoE

Triforce
Link his blessed with the triforce of Brave so in the worst moments hi can activated his power to defeat the enemy

Level 1 - Gives him 200 hp, 60 atack , 30% AS and the pasive skill change of tunic
Level 2 - Gives him 400 hp, 120 atack , 40% AS and the pasive skill change of tunic
Level 3 - Gives him 600 hp, 180 atack , 50% AS and the pasive skill change of tunic

Extra skill: Change of tunic

When recieve any type of damage he can reduct the damage taken

Kokiri Tunic - Reduce the damage taken by 20
Red Tunic - Reduce the damage taken in DPS
Zora Tunic - Reduce the efect of slow by 5%

Electric Mouse

Thundershock: Deals damage in a chain to enemies.The hit enemies lose some damage for few seconds

Deals: 80/120/190/230 Damage to all opponents in a chain.Reduces 5/10/15/20 Damage for 5 seconds.

ThunderBolt:Deals straight damage to a single opponent and paralysing them.

Deals: 120/200/320/400 Damage and stuns for 1 second for every level.

[Passive]QuickSpeed: Pikachu is a fast mouse.As pikachu is trained more he utilizes all the electrical energy in him to have a greater speed.

Does: Increases MS by 10%/15%/20%/25% whenever pikachu hasn't casted any skill in the last 3 seconds.

[ultimate]Iron Tail:Pikachu jumps in the air and lands on the ground at a target location dealing AOE Damage & Stun

Does: 200/300/400-250/350/500 Damage in an AOE. More Damage is dealt if you are closer to the Impact spot. Stuns for 2.3 seconds each level. Range 700/1000/1400

Gandhi peacefully uses his words of wisdom to put a stop to this bloody conflict
Level 1: 2 second channeling, then does nothing, 0 damage
Level 2: 3 second channeling, then target almost becomes convinced- not. 0 damage
Level 3: 4 second channeling, then does nothing and inflicts self-damage of 100 for stress
Level 4: 5 second channeling, then target becomes convinced for a 0.5 second of stun. Inflicts 200 self-damage

Stance of Dominance
Gandhi is sick of the bloodshed. He makes a peaceful stance of stern dominance in an attempt to stop this battle
Level 1: Gandhi pauses & says "STOP", no one cares
Level 2: Gandhi makes a stronger stance of dominance with a palm of his hand stretched forward. Receives additional 25% damage
Level 3: Gandhi somewhat makes a differences, all heroes (allies & enemies) do 30% damage less.

Level 3: 3 seconds, heals for 200, 40% slow, cannot cast on allies.
Level 4: 3 seconds, heals for 300, 50% slow, cannot cast on allies.

GANDHI HAS HAD ENOUGH OF THIS PUSSYASS APPROACH. HE GROWS 500% IN SIZE AND UNLEASHES A LAKE OF INFERNO FROM HIS MADDENING EYES

There are plenty of heroes from warcraft that need to be put in dota.
None of fans of war would like to destroy its synergy with environment with some strange mushrooms and mario-gnomes.

Well sort of off topic but QoP and Drow are inspired by R.A. Salvatore's Icewind Dale trilogy (absolutely brilliant reads by the way).

Altair

1. Assasinate

Kills a stunned hero. Range increases with level. 100/200/300/400. 2 second channeling

2. Throwing knife

Throws a 100% accurate knife that kills a creep and does 20/30/40/50% of a hero's max hp as damage. 150 second cooldown when used on heroes, 40 when used on a creep

3. RUN

Altair runs like a mother****er

Gives 2000/3000/4000/5000 ms and the ability to go through anything, also invisibility and invulnerability. Lasts for 10 seconds. Can't attack or cast spells or use items when RUNning.

4. Air to Assasinate

Instagibs an unlucky victim with a cool animation.

Dante - son of the Demonic Knight Sparda and Eva, and the twin brother of Vergil. As such, he is a half-demon. Dante is a mercenary who specializes in paranormal cases, preferring those that call for demon slaying.

Ebony and Ivory

Shots are made every 0.2 seconds (whole set of bullets take 2.6 seconds). Channeling. After the set, enemy bleeds for 5 seconds (slow by 20% and 20 pure dmg).

Rebellion - Round Trip

Rebellion once belonged to Dante's father, the Dark Knight Sparda, and was given to Dante as a keepsake. Though it has the form of a standard claymore, it is a magical blade, reacting to Dante's calls. Dante sends the sword slashing in 400 AOE around himself, dealing psychical damage over time. When the sword comes back to Dante, enemies in 400 AOE are knocked back 250 units by the force of Rebellion reuniting with Dante.

Passive

Dante possesses power that surpasses that of most demons. Dante is extremely agile, able to jump to great heights or even to balance on a flying rocket. He is able to channel his power into various physical objects, ranging from his guns to the air itself, and exhibits mastery of any weapon he picks up. Dante can instantly heal from nearly any wound.

Devil Trigger


The Devil Trigger is a special technique possessed by demons and half-demons which allows it's user to release their demonic side. While in Devil Trigger, the Dante will assume his true, demonic form. In this form, Dante's attributes are amplified and he gains additions to his abilities.
I can already tell. Looks like this is gonna be one hell of a party!

Level 1 When active, doubles the HP regeneration and agility. Duration 30sec.
Level 2 When active, triples the HP regeneration, doubles the agility and gives passive 30% 100 units knockback bash. Duration 40sec.
Level 3 When active, quadruples the HP regeneration, triples the agility, gives passive 35% 150 units knockback bash with 50 bonus magical damage, gives active Sparda's Soul Beam ability. Duration 50sec.



Sparda's Soul Beam


Shoots a straight beam, imbued by Sparda's soul, to a targeted direction, dealing damage to anything it hits (including allied units and buildings).


180mp CD 18 Deals 450 magical damage. Range 2000. AOE 250.

Pacman

1st: Golden Coins

Pacman is able to create a lot of golden coins in random places in the map. For each coin he gets, he gains +15 damage, +1% movement speed and + 2 HP regen. Coins lasts 40 seconds. Buff lasts 20 seconds, and getting a coin after other resets the duration. All the coins are created at once.

level 1: 20 coins.
level 2: 40 coins.
level 3: 60 coins.
level 4: 80 coins.


2nd: Star of Despair

Pacman creates a star near him. When he gets the star, all the enemy units around him become afraid (run uncontrollably from Pacman), and takes extra damage from all sources. Extra damage last 5 seconds. Star is invisible and lasts for 15 seconds. AoE of 600.

Level 1: Fear lasts 1.5 seconds, 10% extra damage.
Level 2: Fear lasts 2 seconds, 13% extra damage.
Level 3: Fear lasts 2.5 seconds, 16% extra damage.
Level 4: Fear lasts 3 seconds, 20% extra damage.


3rd: Auto Attack (passive)

Pacman becomes able to attack without stopping moving. All units nearby (200 AoE) in front of him (60) will take damage based on pacman's damage at a increasing interval. This doesn't interrupt issued attacks.

Level 1: 2 seconds interval, 40% of his damage.
Level 2: 1.6 seconds interval, 60% of his damage.
Level 3: 1.3 seconds interval, 80% of his damage.
Level 4: 1 second interval, 100% of his damage.

ULT: Bonus

Pacman is able to create a bonus anywhere in the map, but it's hard to be gotten; it can't be at less than 2500 range from Pacman, and when it's created, some trails of light will be created in the whole map indicating the direction the bonus is. When Pacman gets the bonus, his next attack will instantly kill the target it hits. The buff last 35 seconds, and the bonus lasts 20 seconds. Can't be gotten by any other unit.

Level 1: Bonus is revealed at the map for the enemy heroes.
Level 2: Trails of light hovers fast towards the bonus everywhere in the map, a lotz of them.
Level 3: Trails of light hovers slowly toward the bonus; bonus is invisible, but if a unit get at at least 400 units from the bonus, it will be revealed.

Level 4: 11 Knives, each knive deals 40 Damage.

"Roada rollera da"
Dio Brando is dropping off a big steamroller over the target location.
Level 1: 150 damage in 300 AoE
Level 2: 225 damage in 400 AoE
Level 3: 300 damage in 500 AoE
Level 4: 375 damage in 600 AoE

"WRYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY"
If Dio Brando uses his skills in a special order (Za Warudo -> Kurae! -> Roada rollera da) He cries out the shriek of the Vampires, jumping onto the steamroller and finish the enemy.
Level 1: Deals 14 Hits in the AoE of "Roada rollera da", and kills every hero who has less then 15% Health
Level 2: Deals 19 Hits in the AoE of "Roada rollera da", and kills every hero who has less then 20% Health
Level 3: Deals 23 Hits in the AoE of "Roada rollera da", and kills every hero who has less then 25% Health
Hits are dealt like Juneros Ulti.

Level 3 - Deals 225 damage over 350 AoE. Stunning enemies for 1 second. 2 seconds casting time.

Skill 2 - One Winged Angel

Level 2 - +15% Movement Speed, +25% Attack Speed. Lasts 35 seconds.
Level 3 - +20% Movement Speed, +35% Attack Speed. Lasts 40 seconds.
Level 4 - +30% Movement Speed, +50% Attack Speed. Lasts 45 seconds.

Manacost: 120/130/140/150
Cooldown: 75 at all levels.

Skill 3 - Masamune - Passive
Using his weapon, The Masamune, Sephiroth is able to reach longer and deal bonus damage.
Level 1 - Passively increase damage by 10, Agi by 3, and attack range by 10.
Level 2 - Passively increase damage by 15, Agi by 5, and attack range by 20.
Level 3 - Passively increase damage by 20, Agi by 8, and attack range by 30.
Level 4 - Passively increase damage by 25, Agi by 10, and attack range by 40, also gains the Swift Strike ability.

Sub-skill - Swift Strike
Gives a 20% chance to deal a bonus damage 1.50x of Sephiroth's Agi. (This includes bonus Agi's from items and other Agi bonuses.)

Ultimate - J.E.N.O.V.A. - Passive
Sephiroth comes in contact with J.E.N.O.V.A, he grows yet more powerful with every death he sees.

Lara Croft has a chance of shooting her target in the head dealing 2x damage. Deals 3x damage when Dual pistols is on.

Lara Croft feels cornered and gets into a rage state increasing her attack speed by 20% and evasion by 10% for each hero is near her in 1000 aoe at the moment of activation.

Gordan lets loose a double barelled blast from his shotgun, spraying 8 pellets in a cone-shaped area in front of him. Each pellet deals damage, and can only hit a target once.

2: Pheropods
Throws a pheropod at a target location, which will continually spawn antlions to attack enemies. Antlions are confined to the pheropod area of effect and cannot be controlled. No primary stat, he probably doesnt need it.

Skills:
Gearscore - As the hero encounters the enemies, he inspects their item slots and translate it into a gearscore. If the enemy hero has less than 3000 GS, he immediately laughs and calls him a noob. When the score is over 5000 he will promptly starts casting his Ultimate. 3000-5000 does nothing.

Recount - Upon killstealing an enemy hero, he will create a list called recount that posts total damage done. If he is 1st in the list, he will start spamming the list onto the all chat. Does absolutely nothing.

Failbot - If an ally does a mistake, Failbot is triggered. This will create a chart in the allied room listing every mistakes his allies did, except his.

Ultimate:
Bubblehearth - Upon nearing death, puts a bubble on himself and starts casting hearthstone. Once finished, he leaves the game. Douche.

Fly: Kirby sucks in air to somehow become lighter than air but reduces MS to 100
Turn to Rock: While flying Kirby can stop and turn to a rock to fall and crush all those below him
Ultimate: Swallow: Kirby swallows a random unit in front of him. Must be using suck to use this. If a hero is eaten His abilities become that of the swallowed hero. 30 sec duration on swallowed hero. Swallowed heroes are removed from game until end of duration when Kirby Sh*ts him out. CD of 200 sec. He can not TP while having a swallowed unit and his MS is set at 300

When the sword comes back to Dante, enemies in 400 AOE are knocked back 250 units by the force of Rebellion reuniting with Dante.

Dante possesses power that surpasses that of most demons. Devil Trigger


The Devil Trigger is a special technique possessed by demons and half-demons which allows it's user to release their demonic side. While in Devil Trigger, the Dante will assume his true, demonic form. In this form, Dante's attributes are amplified and he gains additions to his abilities.
I can already tell. Looks like this is gonna be one hell of a party!

Level 1 When active, doubles the HP regeneration and agility. Duration 30sec.
Level 2 When active, triples the HP regeneration, doubles the agility and gives passive 30% 100 units knockback bash. Duration 40sec.
Level 3 When active, quadruples the HP regeneration, triples the agility, gives passive 35% 150 units knockback bash with 50 bonus magical damage, gives active Sparda's Soul Beam ability. Duration 50sec.


Animation notes: Hero model changes for the duration of the skill to some demonic humanoid-like beast (like in the DMC games doh).


Sparda's Soul Beam


Shoots a straight beam, imbued by Sparda's soul, to a targeted direction, dealing damage to anything it hits (including allied units and buildings).

180mp CD 18 Deals 450 magical damage. Range 2000. AOE 250.


Animation notes: Red/golden/dark straight beam (kamehame-like).

Come to think of it, hero like that would actually be really cool to have in DotA. It would fit DotA's rather-dark theme, with demons, swords, etc. Ofc I made this hero "concept" a bit overpowered now, but with numbers tweaked, Dante would make a nice addition to the hero pool ( I mean really, DotA already has some characters from animes or video games, and there's nothing wrong with it, that's why it's called ALLSTARS )

His origins were the barbarians, who claimed to be the best fighters in the universe. The more fights they do, the better skilled they get. Improves movement speed and attack speed.


1-Gets +5ms and +10as

3-Gets +15ms and +40as
4-Gets +20ms and +55as


2.Skill-Blink
Allows them to "fly" and get fast in and out of combat. Constant mana cost at 60.


1-Teleports a short distance.Cooldown 12 sec
2-Teleports a short distance.Cooldown 9 sec
3-Teleports a short distance.Cooldown 7 sec
4-Teleports a short distance.Cooldown 5 sec


3.Skill-Kamehameha
His bread and butter skill. The skill which made him famous around the universe. Powerful nuke to finish his enemys off.


1-Damage nuke of 100 dmg. Casting time 5 sec. 50 sec cd. 50 mana cost.
2-Damage nuke of 200 dmg. Casting time 5 sec. 40 sec cd. 100 mana cost.
3-Damage nuke of 300 dmg. Casting time 5 sec. 30 sec cd. 200 mana cost.
4-Damage nuke of 400 dmg. Casting time 5 sec. 20 sec cd. 300 mana cost.



4.Skill-Super Sayain
Goku releases his godly powers of a unique speciemen. Surrounded by a yellow glow he gains incredible powers to beat easily his enemys. This mighty powers remain for 10 seconds. Enemys better run away instead of fighting him.


1-Every skill improves by 50%. Yellow hair.
2-Every skill improves by 100%. Yellow hair and lightning flashes.
3-Every skill improves by 200% Very long yellow hair and lightning flashes.




At level 16 and ulti activated we have:
Barbaric essence: +60ms and +165as
Blink: 0cd 0mana cost
Kamehameha: 1200 dmg, 0cd, 0mana cost.


With Scpeter his Ultimate duration increases by 5 seconds.

[Final Flash] (ULTIMATE)

The fearsome move Vegeta is best known for. Vegeta draws all Ki from his surroundings and launches it as an immeasurable force of sheer obliteration

I'm surprised nobody made King Leonidus with an ultimate that creates a pit and he kicks them into it while a global sound effect of him saying "THIS IS SPARTA!!!!"

MARIO
Hails from the Mushroom Kingdom, Mario has joined the Sentinel to uproot the evil that influences Bowser.

Strength/Melee/300 ms (avg stat gain, tankable with right items or ganker)

Super Mario (icon is Mushroom)
With the power of magical mushroom, Mario grows in size temporarily and stomps for damage. While Mario is big, he can jump repeatedly for damage.
Level 1: (3) sec duration, 150 range jump/50 stomp damage/0.5 sec stun
Level 2: (4) sec duration, 175 range jump/75 stomp damage/0.5 sec stun
Level 3: (5) sec duration, 200 range jump/100 stomp damage/0.5 sec stun
Level 4: (6) sec duration, 225 range jump/125 stomp damage/0.5 sec stun
(0.5 sec CD between each jump)

*On duration, Mario can spam this for rapid damage. Mario still has to be careful due to the 0.5 sec CD and is still susceptible to stuns & disables.
*Also great for chasing as well as merely escaping

Fireball (icon is Flower)
With the power of magical mushroom, Mario hurls balls of fiery inferno.
Level 1: Rapidly hurls (2) fireballs that travel up to 700 distance, 50 dmg each
Level 2: (2) fireballs, 800 distance, 75 dmg each
Level 3: (3) fireballs, 900 distance, 75 dmg each
Level 4: (3) fireballs, 1000 distance, 100 dmg each

*Travels rather slowly like Batrider's projectile.
*Rolls & bounces off the ground just like in Nintendo.
*Longer cool down & moderate mana cost to prevent overpower when combo'ed with other skills.

Coins (PASSIVE) (icon is mario gold coin)
Mario can detect and extract hidden gold from creeps
Level 1: 10% chance to gain double creep bounty on last hit
Level 2: 20%
Level 3: 30%
Level 4: 40%

*A great passive to farm with. On proc, it produces gold-coin sfx.

STAR POWER (Ultimate)
Mario will ignore ALL incoming damage and whoever contacts him will receive damage with a knock back (Plays global star music)
Level 1: 5 second duration, 100 contact damage, 200 distance knockback
Level 2: 6 second duration, 150 contact damage, 200 distance knockback
Level 3: 7 second duration, 200 contact damage, 200 distance knockback

*KEY is Mario is still fully vulnerable to disables/stuns/sheep, he will simply ignore all damage and cannot die.
*No particular spells of Mario are stellar, but Mario's power comes from ability to combo Mushroom/Flower at once or with Star combined. He will truly shine if he has a disabler teammate. I guess he's in a way a castor STR like Tauren Chieftan
*A great initiator spell to jump into the fire with and knockback everyone

Mudkip:

Strength/Neutral
Role: Annoyance

Stats:
Not sure yet, nothing crazy.

Skills:
Mud-slap
Mudkip throws mud in an aoe, which gets in their eyes, coats their armor, and makes the ground all mushy to walk in.

200 Aoe, 300 units in the direction mudkip is facing.

Level 1: 1 Second stun as the hero takes times to wipe their face off so they can breath again. 20% miss chance for 4 secs. 10% reduced as/ms due to mud coating, 6 secs. No damage. All time starts after the stun ends.
Level 2: 1.5 sec stun, 40% miss 4 secs. 15% reduced as/ms, 8 secs.
Level 3: 2 sec stun, 60% miss 4 secs. 25% reduced as/ms, 8 secs.
Level 4: 2.5 sec stun, 80% miss 4 secs. 30% reduced as/ms, 10 secs.

Manacost: 125 all levels
Cd: 20 secs

This is a nasty aoe disable, but hard to aim.

Bide

Mudkip stops what he is doing to begin storing energy for 2 secs. Anyone who attacks Mudkip gains a special buff. After finishing biding, mudkip returns all damage taken to each enemy, assuming he lives.

Level 1: 50% damage returned.
Level 2: 100%
Level 3: 150%
Level 4: 200%

This move returns both magic and physical damage. Once Mudkip has high hp, this can be devastating if the enemy tries to kill him but fails. He is self stunned for two seconds while this is activated, meaning he cannot use this to escape. It works great for taking out a wave of creeps later on.

Mana: 0
CD: 5 (perhaps should up it to 10).

Hydro Pump:

Mudkip shoots out a blast of water after charging.

A 100 AOE blast of water travels from Mudkip in the direction he clicked. It travels for 1000 range at 400ms. Every unit hit by it moves. Only enemies take other effects.

Level 1: Stores power (channels) for 2 seconds. Water does 50 damage/sec to any enemy trapped in it.
Level 2: Channel 1.5 secs. 100 damage/sec.
Level 3: Channel 1 sec. 150 damage/sec.
Level 4: Channel .5 sec. 200 damage/sec.

Destroys any trees in bath, but stops prematurely if it hits a cliff/building. If it stops prematurely, everyone (allies including) suffers from a 1 sec stun. Any action except moving is allowed during travel, does not stop channeling of anyone hit (unless they get stunned).

CD: 20
Mana: 100/110/120/130

This move is good for initiating if your allies line up correctly, and can push someone into a gank. It is also his only damage move, but it can do up to 500 damage if you hit someone close. Due to them being pushed away, you have to aim them into allies or they will be able to get away.


Ultimate:

I heard you liek me.

All enemies (including) who see Mudkip during the duration of this stop what ever they are doing to follow him (follow, not attack) for the listed amount of time (this is calculated like Medusa's ult, based on if you are viewing him).

Level 1: 3 secs.
Level 2: 5 secs.
Level 3: 7 secs.

CD: 60/65/70 secs.
Mana: 100/150/200.

Not much use by yourself (perhaps bring an enemy into tower range), but this allows you to pull someone into a gank.
