[IMPLEMENTED]-[Cosmetic] Healing ward level

I'm suggesting of adding a number to show properly which level Juggernaut's Healing Ward (HW) is. For instance, take Pugna's Nether Ward (NW). Every level of NW is marked with the proper number, showing us the exact current level. Why not HW gets that?

Also, I want to add the motive for this. I can't really feel the difference during healing between level 1 and level 2, or level 2 and level 3 of HW and always wondering what level my ally has on HW.

Honestly, it's not a big deal, but I feel that this must be corrected.

PROS:
- no more wondering between allies about what level the ward is when casted upon the ground
- consistency

CONS:
- a few bytes of information and a little time to fix this (which is a joke, of course)

Btw, this suggestion is not well implemented. My idea was that all allies to see what level the ward is. They still don't see it, cause they don't see the timer expiring and that's the place where level is shown. They can if I give them share. Strange.

Edit: The screenshot is strangely not available at the moment, but it shows perfectly what I meant in first place.
