Refreshing
Allow user to attack friendly units to heal them for 50% attack damage.

Notes
Of course your allies won't be damaged, therefore it prevents you from last hitting.
Works on images.

Big no! If you want such an item then just make a complete new item and post in item suggestion but do not change anything of refreshers orb!

Its a unique and awesome recipe for many heroes and the one you suggested is more or less useless and can be used by only a few heroes!

Where's the synergy with it's active?

Refresher Orb is generally used by casters with long-cd ultimates, or those that can effectively use two ultimates in a short while (eg: Enigma, ES).

Your passive is useful for DPS heroes, who generally don't have long-cd ultimates, or those that can be effectively used in a short while (eg: Mortred).

Only hero I'd consider this on is Juggernaut.

So ... what was I changing? Refresher Orb is an uber-late item, and it remains an uber-late item.

Are you joking?

Only hero I'd consider this on is Juggernaut.

TC, Warlock, Omniknight, SK, Treant, Puck, Leoric, Mangix, Necrolyte, Dark Seer, Naga Siren, Syllabear, and every hero that uses Manta Style.

it's nice to forge a passive for such an overshadowed item like RO, T-up on that..
but I guess yours is not really fine.. hmm, I don't have any ideas in my mind now, why not try another passive dude?

Imo this passive doesnt really fit to Refresher Orb, it isnt really a healing item and I dont think this is a good solution.
But honestly, the idea of such a passive is awesome.

Due to the awesomeness of your passive, I decided to add it in a tweaked version to my skill collection, giving you credits. It still needs a bit workout, though.
