Ring of Overprotection

Recipe:
++=
175+175+100=450

Description:
Putting two small rings on was hard so they combined them into one.

Before:After:
+4 armor+4 armor
.Indulgence (passive)

Indulgence
Increase wielder's armor by a maximum amount of 20
For every 2 physical damage wielder takes, decrease this item's bonus armor by 1
Recover bonus armor by 1 every second

Nice concept of bringing a cheap upgrade for an extremely weak item. Lovely description too. But I am afraid that the effect might be too overpowered. The first 3-4 attacks done to you(when armor bonus is 25) will hardly deal any damage. It's like a refraction for physical attacks.
I would suggest remaking the passive into something else. Something good for early laning making this item good as a starter.

Isn't it very good for early laning? It was made aimed toward heroes with very low armor.

It doesn't help in laning that much. But more in ganking, where you can tank a few tower shots taking only 50 damage, helping you kill that tower hugging hero.

It certainly does help you in laning. Cheap shots from the support VS or Warlock on the other side won't do you any harm.

On the other hand, it will also decrease creep damage if you are the one doing the harassing or attacking. But +25 armour is probably too much imo.

Hm, to get it back from -20 to 20, you'll need 20 seconds. By that time you're long dead.

Concept : A (Awesome concept, very situational but useful in most cases)
Balance : C+ (25 is too much for such a cheap recipe both the positive and negative buff)
Cosmetic : B (Very warcraftish, ingame, I dislike the name though)
Overall : B+ (Need a little tweak but it's good overall)

Now isn't it much more stronger? 1 armor decrease only?
Or maybe it's for every 2 damage and not every damage increase that deals more than 2 damage?

Yes, but now it's quite weak due to the fact that nukers will rape the wielder

Make it such that the item won't ever give you negative armor, it will only reduce the armor given by itself.

That and a bit faster armor "regeneration". Seems like a very good starter item to me
