Vast list of WoW and WC3 Icons.

Added organized list so you won't have to icon dive everytime.

Pfft, why ask if i have the willingness to share my blessings to others? Anyway, here's a complete list of almost "all" WoW icons. Take note, some of them really looks cool(and really they are, they even blinded me thus violating the own set of guides that i made) but some of them also sucks even though blizzard made them. So before you look at the icon list, please read my topic on how to choose the right icon.

"WoWWiki's Compiled List of Icons"
(This is compiled all the icons in alphabetical order but is unorganized by a little.)

"WoWWiki's Organized List of Icons"
(Icons are organized. Scroll down in the page and you'll see the Icons Filename Directory. That's the organized list of icons.)

"WoWWiki's List of Ability Icons"
(An Organized list of WoW Skill icons. Some icons in here are not found in the icon lists.)

"WoWWiki's List of Spell Icons"
(An Organized list of WoW Spell icons. Some icons in here are not found in the icon lists.)

"Scrollsoflore's List of WoW Icons"
(A very organized and clean list of WoW icons. Contains the same icons as the links above, but this one is much cleaner to search in, though it only has a few icons to show at a time.)

"WoWWiki's List of All Warcraft III Engine Icons"
(A complete list of all WC3 icons, used and unused)

"Scrollsoflore's Cleaner List of All Warcraft III Engine Icons"
(A complete list of all WC3 icons, much better to browse at than the first list, but that would be based upon opinion now, would it? Contains warcraft 3 beta icons.)

"aoen's Vast Collection of Custom + Non-Custom Item Icons"
(It's a big risk to release this, but i think it's my obligation to share it to others. This list is kind of broken and has alot of unwarcraft-ish icon compiled by aoen himself. Most of the icons here are seen on other lists only with the right borders. I do not promote requesting unwarcraft-ish icons in this list, please view my guide or ask someone in the graphics section of the forums to edit the icon for you. Yes, it's filled with crap, but some icons have some "idea" in them that, if edited, can bloom into a great, better icon)

Sorry to say, but aoen's list have died along with the DA site.

(Just paste it over the WoW icon to have a warcraft looking icon)

-Google. Some people just can't take 5 seconds of their lives to search for icons.
-Chachamaru for compiling all the WC3 icons.
-aoen for compiling the icons in the last list.

And to anyone who's thinking "wtf? why bother posting it if you can hoard all the good icons to yourself?". Simple, i can't make all of them have unique ideas. I lose concepts also. And we have different ways of imagining stuff and other people might have a chance to express their thoughts and concepts given the abundance of icons that might suite his/her idea.

Actually i found the "Fountain" of eternal icons. The one we talked about is not the fountain.

WoW icons always never appealed to me. Wc3 is way better.

But nice collections of WoW icons.

Only a few icons out of that huge list actually look warcraft3-ish. (Without counting the WC3 copies in there, which look blurred)

^ I played WoW for 3 months and all the icons looked bad. There were some re-used icons from Wc3, but it looked worse, since it was more... blurry?

I quit WoW after those 3 months, ending at level 40, it was pretty boring. I played this super-fast xp server, so in about 1 week you can go up to level 20, i played only like once a week, haha.

And it becomes non-blurry when you click it again. The first photo shows an enlarged icon, second one shows the right size of the icon. (except for the first compiled list)

I know, but even with right sizes, the WC3 copies in WoW seem to have a little less detail or blurred a bit.

It should be noted that the lists aren't complete though, and there's plenty more to be found. For example, the icons for Death Coil and Dark Command aren't in the list for Death Knight spells.

Edit: Nevermind then!

By borderized, I mean that you can get an autocast boots of speed, passive boot of speed, active boots of speed, disabled boots of speed, and infocard boots of speed. Also, they are organised into categories.

I have been making a map for a while and customising the UI is frustrating when you don't have any custom icons to use. This monstrously huge (but insanely comprehensive) will mean I shall never run dry of icons, be they passive, autocast, disabled or infocard

for passive icons just add PASBTN before your image's name(tga), for active icons just add BTN

Outstanding job. Great help to us newbie suggestors (or is that just me.) I've spent hours of my time looking at Google and the Hive Workshop for good icons to fit my suggestion heroes. Thanks for this.
