Coup de Graçe - (Passive)

Being proud of her precision in killing, Mortred can't tolerate the pain which her target has to suffer. The more damaged her target is, the faster she can kill it.

The idea is to get a High HP target down quick, not kill an already wounded target.
She needs a skill to get enemies to low HP, and kill them, not one to help her kill them once they're on low HP.

Nah.

The 100% to deal averagely 1.5x/2x/2.5x damage.

OP atm. At 71% healt you got 100% 1,90 crit. Thats alrdy twice as good as the current lvl. At 85% its about as good as the current one.
However I dont like the idea of 100% crit. This cant even be called crit I think, more like bonus % damage based on enemy%hp

its good as it is, check out some mathcraft if you want to see, adds 50 base dmg right now basically, which isnt too bad considering she does have blur/dagger and blink which are great abilities.

Nethertoxin 2, riight? leave critical the same as it was before, and increase the chance % depending on hp. (if possible) or make it toggable/activateable feature ... or i dont know

Oh yeah, Nethertoxin is for carriers and it deals more damage as the hero gets stronger.
