Interesting.I give null for now, because I'm not 100% sure what its consequences will be.
When I read more ideas I will t-up or t-down.Higher possibility to t-up though

The idea is that you can use it to store more mana. Just simple as that.

Harbringer will love this, just as much as all heroes will.

The only reason I see to use this is in conjunction with chakra/soulring/etc. I imagine this sorta being "use early, fight later" but I imagine it more so for another item or remake the replenish ability into another item...

I also don't know. Increase max mana is a problem. Why IceFrog can not accept a buff like no manacost or lower recipe cost?

I kind of like this if I'm being honest.
The only issue I see is, if it improves your max mana, and the bonus is lost when your mana reaches it's base maximum, how will you ever get the buff to work? As soon as you use it, your mana is already at the base maximum, because it doesn't get increased. |

) so really the max buff DOES have limited uses. I like the idea but I don't see it fitting with many heroes even after the remake :|

Interesting. Could be useful, but I think Arcane Ring just needs a buff in it's bonuses, like perhaps some passive mana regen to make it more appealing. Like 50% mana Regen, 4 armour, 300 mana and Replenish mana.

Uh... What would this even DO? You get more max mana, so what? Absolutely no one would get the item then. It's a huge nerf to an already weak item. Don't understand that at all.
If anything, make it increase max mana AND give some regular mana too. Just increasing max is entirely useless. |

I haven't thought about other heroes but I know that Barathrum and Magnataur will weep tears of joy.
