[Sniper] give him the exp!

Title says all.

But what you perhaps dont know that its currently possible to NOT get exp with sniper in 3 different ways if he kills a target.

I want to fix only 2 of them:
a) give him exp if he kills with his ult, disregarding the range.
(can simply done with the same trigger used for techis)

b) give him exp if he kills with a normal shot but the target moves within the motion buffer range out of the exp range

Well a makes sense, but i am againts B, since with MKB most of ranged heroes should get this.

Since point b doesnt seem to be clear let me clarify:
Sniper is the only hero whose range +motion buffer range is higher than the exp gain range.

MKB does not have anything to do with this.
