[TWEAK] Ethereal Blade

I'm not sure if this has been suggested before, but I haven't found a topic about this yet so here it is:

Ether Blast converts you and target enemy unit into ethereal form. You may target only enemy.

Target unit is slowed by 30% for 3 seconds and is dealt 2.5x your agility as damage.
Ethereal units take 40% extra magic damage and cannot attack or be attacked.

So what's the change? You can target yourself with this, bringing back the utility of Ghost Scepter against for example Yurnero - you can't target Ethereal Blade on him, since he's invulnerable in Omnislash, but you can target yourself to save at least something.

It still does have some drawbacks kept - you'll never target yourself faster than simply clicking Ghost Scepter. Maybe we could add the possibility to double click it to decrepify yourself, but it might make it a little bit easy to use then. I'm just adding the possibility to do so.

I thought of something right now. Using Ghost Scepter slows you down right? But using Ethereal Blade doesn't slow you down as far as I know, so I'm not sure how can this balance issue be solved.

It's true, only decrepify from pugna slow (excluding ethereal blade) slow.

So you want to screw my favorite hero from being able to kill you, no way T-DOWN!

Im sorry, other then him being my favorite hero, I would really hate to see everyone going that and making his ultimate completely useless.

Ghost scepter you dont have to worry about, because no one would go that as an agility hero, but because the ethreal blade is made for agility heros, it would make it an item that any agility hero can switch to with ease vs Juggernaut, making his ultimate literally useless if your idea was implemented.

Anyway, thats just my feelings.

What would be the difference of spell imunity from the blade vs. spell imunity from repel? I like the idea, but it shouldn't kill you to prevent denies.
