I didn't want to suggest this as a separate thread, just wanted to brainstorm it here.
How about adding a noticeable animation for Hex? Something transformical. LIke Surge animation. Often when people with below average eyesight hex, they tend to NOT see where the hexed unit is. Or, in team fights, it is hard to FF on a hexed unit since it is hard to see. Something like Surge animation which is easily noticeable but not flashy will direct allies to FF the hexed unit or at least know where that unit is.
