its imba but i have something to say
many heroes have only one spell to cast which makes this skill pretty useless since they will be silenced during their cooldown.but its good idea,let silencer get constantly banned in CM modes |

Viper,Drow Ranger,Spirit Breaker,(he will use charge miles away and use his ult under radius of last word)Meepo(as far as i know silencer only silence one of them so earth bind can be spammed) Lone Druid,and some others
plus they dont have to have 1 active spell,for example tide hunter dont need to use gush(1st skill) in team battles he will use his ult |

^ Meepo: One of them? It will silence all if they're in the AoE.
--- T-down, nice idea, but not plausible. The only other way you could do this is by lowering the silence further or lowering the AoE by a lot. But both these will make the skill useless.

When last word is under effect, combo chain stun still occur during a gank on silencer.
VS stun silencer and get silenced 3 second, which is fine. Now another one lion stun again. After silence 3 seconds, a finger of death lash out and killed silencer. Silencer is extremely weak in surviving a gank. So i give this skill, T-UP |

Maybe add AOE effect too it for 0,25; 0,5; 0,75 and 1,00. But then the AOE must be decreased too to someting like 600.

The only way I can think of a balanced AoE last word is if last word itself had a cd. Like AoE silence for 1 second on a 2s cd. Then the enemy has some time to cast. Letting the enemy team cast a total of three spells in a team fight is way, way overpowered.
