[List] Incorrect Buff Icons

Introduction
OK, I was being vigilant one day and I found something we should fix. So currently we know how some version ago Omniknight and Holy Knight switched icons for their first skill? Yes it was done, but however there is one problem that still exists, when Icefrog switched the skill icons, he forgot to change the buff icons as well. This has applied to some other heroes as well when he changed their skill icons. Here goes the list:

What I Propose

Necronomicon Archer

Necronomicon Endurance Aura

Knight Davion/Trogdor - Dragon Knight

Dragon Blood

Polar Furbolg Ursa Warrior

Thunder Clap

-->

Notes: When the Panderan Brewmaster's Thunder Clap status buff icon was fixed, this fixed his Thunder Clap but made the Polar Furbolg Ursa Warrior's Thunder Clap icon wrong. So that means we have to give both Thunder Claps separate buff icons rather than sharing one.

Black Arachnia - Broodmother

Incapacitating Bite

Implemented List

Advantages
Fast to do
Easy to do
Less confusion
Makes sense
Make the game feel more professional and polished

Disadvantages
Some people might like confusion for some apparent reason

I'm going a little bit off topic here but I wonder myself why such things are missed every version? Too much work for Ice creating new stuff? My dream is releasing of several versions of Dota with polishing the map from the ground, so to speak. Fixes, consistency and much more... When that's going to happen?
