tbh i still don't kinda understand the skill energy protection. What I think it does is reduce attack damage from enemy heroes.

additionally I think the intel heroes need life more than armor besides Shivas already gives armor for intel

Like this: If Destroyer have 63 + 84 intelligence, the skill will reduces (63+84)/3= 49 damages causes on him.

So 76 damage will be reduced from incoming attacks/spells

How about
Total INT/20 = Armor Given
And lower the manacost, just below 100 would be good

The recipe is bad, mantle of intel + mystic staff?
I think you put in mantle because the icon is a cloak like it
No, don't do that, remove the mantle, change the item icon if you want, but mantle+staff isnt going to work

I like it a lot. But I think the build is kinda meh.

Maybe it is just a personal thing because I really don't like to farm for a vitality booster with my int heroes, but I am not a fan of items used for defense only that cost this much. The item should be more accessible.
