The wearer of this cape clings on to life.

+10 strength
+10 armor
Prolong life (passive)


Prolong life
If you would receive lethal damage, your life is set to 75.
Any damage source exceeding 225 damage (after reductions) ignores this ability.
Cooldown: 7


Recipe:
Ogre Axe (1000)
Plate Mail (1400)
Recipe (400)

Total: 2800

This is actually a good passive concept
But the price is kinda imbalance, either increase the recipe list or add a recipe
Overall it's great but prolong life name is kinda suck, maybe something like Undead or Survival Spirit

Well said. Let's take a look at Abaddon.
HP is full and is decreasing because of tanking while using Blade Mail
HP at below 400 = Borrowed Time takes place(Aghanim-ed so it's 7 seconds)
HP regenerates after being healed by Borrowed Time.
HP being decreased again from tanking Round 2.
HP is left at 50 and might be able to leave the battlefield safely since there's this imba cape.

Maybe make it that Abaddon CAN'T use this.

I don't get why this would be imba.

50 HP is ONE hit of any hero.
and the excample with abbadon:
in your case he has a whooping 50 HP more. this will only result in less last hit kills, as the target would be outside of range, but well. magic stick does the same.

I strongly disagree that this item would be imba. As said, it's only one hit more. This item would be most useful on situations you are running and the enemy has only one long range nuke left to kill you, or you are juking the enemy and waiting for that stun cd. Since the ability is not that strong I don't see a reason for recipe, at least not a very expensive one.

Basically if you get culling bladed or laguna zapped or zeus zapped this saves you. I really like this concept. More narrow escapes ftw.

Like it but think the concept is way more valued early on.

Also make the hp 1 and not 50.

Should not work on ulties.

Make the item way cheaper?

@ those who think this is OPed -> 99% of its life-saving will be in situation when u are running away, and someone throws a last hit on you... 1% should stay for dumb ulties such as zeus's or furion's...

It will not kill Zeus's ulti, it weakens it a bit for sure, but so does vitality booster or bracer or whatever that gives you more survivability.

a nerf on all none nukers. No mor LAguna kills, no more instapwn with scythe, no more assassinate, no more dagon. yes it would be only 1 hit more but those precious finishers are no longer finishers.

It will be too weak in some cases (some DPS hero whales on you or some DoT skill poisons that, that extra one hit won't save you there) but it can be OMGWTF imbalance on other skills (Zeus will cry if they got this item because they won't fear his ult as well as Lina/Lion players as their finishing move won't kill until the passive has always been used).

I just don't think there will be a good medium for this item.
