• Once Activated, you can target yourself, an ally, or an opponent. If that hero is an ally or yourself, he will be unable to attack or be attacked, and take 44% extra damage from spells, Ends if he becomes magic immune, and will have no effect if he is already magic immune, Lasts 4 seconds. If opponent is targeted he can attack and be attacked but take 44% extra damage from spells, ends if he becomes magic immune, and will have no effect if he is already magic immune, Lasts 4 seconds(target opponent is slowed for 20%, if Superior Maim procs during the duration. the slows stacks deminishingly into a 30% maximum movement speed and 15% attack speed maximum instead of 40%/20% respectively. Other heroes or illusions w/ superior maim can proc during the duration of the skill (30%/15% cap max) and last only until the phantom form duration).
• If targeted on any hero it summons an illusion of it.
• On your view and your allies you can detect the original since it would look like any other illusions in the game on your point of view.
• The animation is the same as manta style, in which the position is randomized.
• The Illusion deals no combat damage but has the same attack animation of the target, same movement speed of target at the time of cast and has a chance to superior maim (Gives a 15% chance on attack to slow movement speed by 20% and 10% attack speed for 4 seconds), the illusion takes 150% magic damage and normal attacks, instantly destroyed by purge, instantly destroyed if attacked by any hero 6 times combined, instantly destroyed if attacked by creeps, siege tanks, and tower 12 times combined.
• 35 seconds cooldown
• Ghost Scepter and Phantom sword doesnt stack. If any of those items you possess is activated it will reset the cooldown of the other item and viseversa, taking into account the longest cooldown which is 35 secs.

Justification:

• good upgrade for sange and ghost scepter
• creates a decoy to help you and your ally
• good for mind games
• synergy well with tanks such as bristleback, axe, etc. It adds survivability if focus fired too much.
• fun factor 10/10 ^_^

Some flaws:
-Superior maim is weaker than Greater maim.
-Phantom form has a wall of text.
-Phantom form is much better than decrepify, mainly because you get a huge magic damage bonus and you can still use physical attacks.
-Illusions.. What, why?

Combining the two items could be a good idea, but as it is now, I don't like it.

Just cause it is way too complicated.... I don't think any newbie will even know wtf the item does...
Remove the illusion part.....
Also i don't think increasing damage of spells without etheral'ing the unit is not posible.... Unless you use a negative magic resistance but that will take a heck lot of caculation...
