![]() Hell hound, the Soul Devourer ![]() Hero Story-(if you can suggest one) Hell Hound is only a humor of the old times, it says that he eat souls of the dead bodies he found. If your one of the unlucky enough to saw him on your wandering, your soul will be eaten by the beast, you can try to escape him but he can catch you wherever you go, he can see you even if your hiding, his lust for souls can influence all those who's around him, facing their painful soulless death Theme: Soul Devourer/Hungerer Role: Ganker, Semi-Carry, Anti-Farmer Strength: 16 + (2) Agility: 25 + (2.6) Intelligence: 19 + (1.7) Affilation: Neutral Damage: 47-59 Armor: 3 Movement Speed: 310 Attack range: 110 Vision: 1800/900 Skills: Soul Parasitism, Nether Stab, Soul Devour,and Hunger Influence |
Soul Parasitism(Autocast Skill) Description: Being the devourer of souls, soul parasites grow on his body to also feast on the enemies Soul. this skill is Stackable Lvl 1:gives vision on enemy being attacked, 5 dps life leech lasts in 2 seconds Lvl 2: gives vision on enemy being attacked, 10 dps life leech lasts in 2 seconds Lvl 3: gives vision on enemy being attacked, 15 dps life leech lasts in 2 seconds Lvl 4: gives vision on enemy being attacked, 20 dps life leech lasts in 2 seconds Cooldown: 3/2/1/0 Manacost: 8 Note - the skill stacks - vision only occur when enemy is out of sight - vision lasts in 10 seconds - damage type: Magical - An orb effect - Buff Placer skill |
Nether Stab(Target, Active) Description: Hell Hound can use the nether magic in order to destroy his enemies, he blinks towards his target, doing most damage that he can do Lvl 1: Does 1x mutiplier damage, silences enemies for 2 seconds, after silence is done increases spell resistance by 10% Lvl 2: Does 1.75x mutiplier damage, silences enemies for 2 seconds, after silence is done increases spell resistance by 20% Lvl 3: Does 2.25x mutiplier damage, silences enemies for 2 seconds, after silence is done increases spell resistance by 30% Lvl 4: Does 3x mutiplier damage, silences enemies for 2 seconds, after silence is done increases spell resistance by 40% Manacost: 90/90/90/90 Cooldown: 20/17/13/10 Area on Effect(375) Casting range: 650 Note: - spell resistance addition lasts in 5 sec |
Soul Devour(Passive) Description: every body has a soul, whenever an enemy unit dies he devours its wandering soul increasing his hp Lvl 1: each dead bodies in the battlefield nearby soul devourer heals its hp by 20, 100 hp if the dead body is enemy hero. increases attackspeed 10% when a enemy hero below 25% hp is on vision Lvl 2: each dead bodies in the battlefield nearby soul devourer heals its hp by 30, 150 hp if the dead body is enemy hero. increases attackspeed 20% when a enemy hero below 30% hp is on vision Lvl 3: each dead bodies in the battlefield nearby soul devourer heals its hp by 40, 200 hp if the dead body is enemy hero. increases attackspeed 30% when a enemy hero below 35% hp is on vision Lvl 4: each dead bodies in the battlefield nearby soul devourer heals its hp by 50, 250 hp if the dead body is enemy hero. increases attackspeed 40% when a enemy hero below 40% hp is on vision Area on Effect: 375(hp devour) Note: -Unlike Bloodseeker, he can only have the increased attackspeed when you have vision on the enemy. |
Ulti: Hunger Influence Description: Due to his hunger and insanity to devour souls, he influences those enemies who are around him, the enemies around him leaves crippling of fear and defenseless to his attacks Lvl 1: Slows and ignores armor around Hell Hound for 8 seconds if they are inside AoE. increases movement speed by 20% Lvl 2: Slows and ignores armor around Hell Hound for 8 seconds if they are inside AoE. increases movement speed by 30% Lvl 3: Slows and ignores armor around Hell Hound for 8 seconds if they are inside AoE. increases movement speed by 40% Manacost: 150/175/200 Cooldown: 60 Area on Effect: 375 Note: - ms reduction is 50/60/70% - if you successfully got out on AoE you will not be slow down - if you got in on the AoE you will be slow down |
Good Survival/Laning skills, due to life steal and heal. not only that, it gives vision if enemy is not on sight(exception invisible units) making the 1000 casting range potential to the fullest By using this you have a 30% chance to make the enemy cry, silence plus spell resistance, and also 40% IAS is not a joke. A typical rape combo.... Full Skill Combo Stab+Ulti= weakening the enemy. Added by 1st skill is equals to more harassment. The passive skill is making everything obvious |

First skill is the same from style from veng Waveof terror and use damage, or the venomancer?
Good blink! is the second skill Devour! never go walk again if no have full hp! this a hero example! i like! I like you maked a hero ult. Run or he cath him! |

Well i changed some of its skill.... what's the use of magic resistance if the enemy is silenced...
i changed some of the skills in order to be with the theme

ur first hero suggestion i liked 1st skill : 9/10 2nd skill : 8/10 3rd skill : 8/10 Ulti : 8/10 statgain: 8/10 model and icon : 8/10 story and creativity : 15/20 rest : 8/10 orginalty : 6/10 total : 80/100 = 8/10 ur hero has skills which have been created by mixing other hero's skill. As usual ur hero lacks orginality. If u get 8.6 or more than ur hero or that part is good imo.

kewl concept, i like concept no further explanation needed. concept is important not skills or something i am pretty sure if icefrog implement a hero idea he will change it based on concept

ok here's my review for this hero:
theme and model - ..... 15/20 skill 1 - one question, how long the vision will last? 9.5/10 skill 2 - balanced, imo. 9/10 skill 3 - doom's devour and the numbers are high.. 7/10skill 4 - good.. 8/10 overall - nice concept but i dont see much synergy here... 15 + 9.5 + 9 + 7 + 8 = 48.5/60

1. vision lasts in 10 seconds(on the notes)
3. what do you mean doom's devour? it does not devour anything instead of souls of the dead units allied/neutral/enemy unit... well ill add up the synergy next

Nice T-ups!! What the, this suggestion is necro-ed
Altzaar, best necro-er ever for necroing a good suggestion but this hero looks like 3rd spell is alike from a HoN hero.. but judging from the date, HoN maybe used this hero suggestion to be theyre new hero. But the difference is it does not heals, but it makes minions for theyre ownsake of originality
