[Item] [Tweak] Phase boots

A simple suggestion.

Make it keep the phase ability even if you cast a spell.That way MANY heroes will benefit from it like:

-Pudge (open and close rot)
-Shadowfiend (great for positioning a devastating ultimate)
-Bristleback (he doesn't need status,he needs even more speed)
-Invoker (for obvious reassons)
-Huskar
etc

It's made like that for purpose. However buffing it a little will surely make it more used, because nowadays people go for PT/BoT 99% of the time. T-UP if someone doesn't point the possible abuses, which will be gamebreaking.

Maybe some spells doesn't end the phase...

Like rage, rot, etc...

Only spells that trigger magic wand (rot doesn't) and bristle spells

Well, considering your suggestion, every 10 seconds you get a free +12% MS for about half of the time with no cost. Always.

Well I can 'up' my thumb if I see a mana cost existence in your suggestion. :P

This is annoying as hell to code AFAIK. Not 100% sure, but pretty close.

No. Normal phase is a windwalk. Windwalk break naturally when you cast a spell. To get a phase that don't interrupt, the only way is to store the time that passed since the activation and to activate a new windwalk with duration equal to x-time passed... It's something like 20 new spells and a couple pages of code just for a buff for phase boots...

Spec has a completely different form of phase.

Add Ghost (Visible), remove pathing. Codeable (with some additional hassle).
Or applying Wind Walk every time spell is cast, then removing with triggers.

Why do I even care. Won't get implemented.

If you're buying Phase Boots on Shadow Fiend you're definitely doing it wrong.

T-Up for the suggestion though; you're right on its uses on Pudge, BB, etc.

Really?I thought I could use an ally stunner and instagib a nearby enemy without the need of lothars.But that's just me.

Spec has 0 collision, it's a not a windwalk. You want to be able to cross cliff and enter forests with phase boots? That would be pretty lol.
