Chart is either outdated or plain wrong.
Buriza gives +28% dmg via critical strike, not the ~25% shown here. I'm sure the deso values are wrong as well. |

Here's another one, still ignoring the +15 damage that Buriza gives.

The "enemy armor" is the current armor of enemy or the reduced one?
Also I know this seems a lot effort, but what happens when I add more negative armor? (presence of the dark lord/cuirass )? |

"Enemy Armor" is the current armor of the enemy, before Stygian reduction.
If you want to add more armor reducing abilities, just consider that the current enemy armor is already reduced by all of these abilities, except Stygian, since you're only comparing Stygian and Buriza. For instance, if you want the number for someone with 20 armor under the effect of Amplify Damage level 3, just look at the number for 5 armor. (ie the entire graph is shifted) (Also, armor cannot go below -20) |

What are the exact armor values, where Buriza and Desolator meet?

this shows why deso is only more effective than buriza during early game because by late game, carries without items have 15-20 armor.

Also, I considered a 19.81% proc chance for Buriza, to be a bit more accurate. (see here why) |

The slight change in the graph at -14 armor is because the buff loses it effectiveness reaching -20 armor, right?

This is advanced mechanics and not strategy ...however, i cannot miss this opportunity to say that , it depends; as desolator is a buff for all the team to abuse unlike buriza which only multiplies your own damage.

After seeing those graphs remember that you can't splash/cleave armor reduction.
