Default Cyclones and flying vision

If I didn't made my title concrete enough:

I suggest, that the cycloned target gets flying vision.

PROS:

- the target IS flying, so why not benefit from that
("logic")

- gives euls a new form of anti juke
(support euls himself, while ganker/carry kills the juking enemy)

- would give euls a new reason for the "may be cast on self" part

CONS:

- the target is whirling around, why would it be searching the envoirenement?
(logic, but heroes also have eyes in their back...)

- the target may benefit from this disable, by "accidentialy" see an incomming gank
(but cyclone is a disable to set up ganks, so the target will know that it will be ganked in the first place too)

- can't think of any more
(give input please)

/edit:
affected from this change would be:
- Euls scepter
- Panda (the Storm part of Magnix ulti)
- Invoker

/edit 2: Further brainstorming

Maybe even increase the visioneange a little bit.
And let the vision last for ~0.5-1 second.

I think its more logical to lose sight within eul's.
Try to stay in a cyclone and i bet you cant see anything aside the cyclone itself.
The problem here is eul's places you on top of a cyclone, hu.
So i cant give a clear answer. Somehow splitted opinion within me .

the actual reason is to evade oncoming projectiles and AoE spells.

@puMa.D:
logic is not an good argument for this suggestion, reasons were mentioned in my first post:
- logic says: you are actually swirling very slowly, and will have at least a clue of what is going on around you.

- on the other hand: IF it does NOT provide extra vision, why does it provide NORMAL vision?

- furthermore: all heroes have a permanent 360° vision... how?

yes, this is a reason, but if you dodge that last arrow with euls, you are dead after cyclone wears off, because you are just immobile.
it DOES work, but it is very situational, and by very i want to say VEEEERY.

to put it in a short context:

you are right, you MAY evade those, but in the same time you disable yourself.
so why not give an extra effect to it?
It won't be to powerful, or would it?

No one is stupid enough to cyclone himself to evade arrow if you have the free time to move around. If you think using cyclone to yourself to dodge things is a disadvantage, total misunderstanding. Things will be better if you dodge some spells like magic missile because the real death will occur when you get hit by one disable followed by another and so on. You just waste your gold if you won't use Eul's to yourself the skill other items don't have, which is invulnerability. Not to mention that it could also remove negative buffs. Just buy Guinsoo instead if you're just after the disable and much easier to use unless you can't farm for it. Well you could just tell me if you don't have fast reflexes enough to dodge projectiles and AoE spells.

1. It doesent matter how good I can use this item.

2. Even though you are right, it GIVES invulnerability, I still think it does not make it overpowered, if the target gets flying sight too.

3. please don't just focus on Euls. I want to change all cyclone spells. even those, who only are able to target enemys.

4. (again at euls: yes, invulnerability IS strong, but it comes with an disable. It will allways be used more for it's disable values, because most of the skills you mentioned could be evaded with an dagger too, which is around 600 gold cheaper and is my escape item of choise, while euls escape part is more of an gimmic.)

thanks for your input though.

t-up.
I just like the idea.
Logical, or not, doesn't matter.
Although, you are on top of the cyclone and you are moving slow, so you should be able to see everything.

And buffing Eul's without buffing the numbers is a nice idea.

Might as well say that Tiny should have flying vision once he has leveled his Grow to 3. Or a tossed unit also gets flying vision.

Meh. I'll have to say T-Null for now. Doesn't do much since Eul's is just a novelty, A Poor Man's Guinsoo and only Pandaren's STORM and Invoker has a cyclone skill.

Although it does work wonders if you have a blink dagger and don't have sight of the surroundings.

about the tiny thingy:
Tiny would just be imba, that is why i do not suggest this for him (even though it would be a nice agha upgreade, but that is also reserved for balanar)

about toss:
you are in the air for like... 0.5 seconds? maybe less, so you have no chance to view your surrounding ("logic" argument)
and even if you were, you would most likely not be able to actually use this advantage, as you just have vision for a way to short time (gameplay argument)

[although it might seem nice too... maybe i add it to my suggestion. need to think about it.]

T-null. The 2 reasons for cycloning yourself are DISPELL on buffs, such as poison nova. This works on enemies as well for godstrength. and to dodge nukes, or chase down an enemy, remove him from the battle so you can focus someone else, stop channeling. I feel like euls has plenty of uses.

Well... it has uses, but it comes with a big drawback too, so why not simply add this flying vision (it will not change this item too much but will make it mor fun to use IMO)

no...
you're flying in the air. you're in a fucking cyclone. of course you shouldn't get vision, i mean, you'd be too busy trying to figure out what the fuck is going on before you can look at your surroundings. it makes sense that way

lololol.

Well I think this buff to Eul's is rather unique. Doesn't mess with the build recipe or any stats but an odd improvement. I love this shit! Like the Tiny Aghanims remake, you guys are outta control!!

Flying sight to owner of cyclone(it's magic cyclone, ya?). Someone in cyclone can't see anything due to this air, which whirls, whirls, fucking whirls more, and more more more. It's too hard to figure out "what tha fack is fucking going on?!" in 2,5 seconds high in air.

I would like it if this is only for allied units, it could be pretty useful.

t-up sounds good imo, i wouldn't worry to much about the realistic aspect of gaining vision when riding on a cyclone, as this game is allrdy filled with ninjas whos able to steal ur stats and render them selves invis to gain 234300% movespeed in a matter of 0.5 seconds..

mby on this remake the posibility of double clicking euls to instant cyclone urself like Dagger and forcestaff should be added aswell?

on top of that i dunno if icefrog would ever make a such change to an item like euls who carrying the legacy of DotA from previous makers, as far as i know?
