I think I'll give my first FULL review for about 3 or 4 months ^_^
Skill 1: "Gnomon enchant his bolts with a deadly poison created by his ancestors. Every attack will slow the target's attack speed and silence it 1 for second I don't correct these things to be rude or anything, I just want to help people with their English grammar ^_^ (hell yours is already better than most Australians anyway XD) You need to clarify the different durations. I see durations of 1, 3 and 5 seconds and I am not entirely sure how they interact. So you can only silence for 1 second every 3 seconds. The AS slow lasts 5 seconds, and each successive attack extends the duration. You should have a separate duration for the MS slow because 20% for 5 or more seconds is quite unreasonable. This is an interesting orb because it's focus is seems to be anti-carry, because they rely so much on their physical attack. Overall I think it's a pretty decent skill =) Skill 2: "Gnomon has been a hunter for a long time. The unobstructed sight given by this, to put it in perspective, is barely longer than Doom's attack range, so unless you DOUBLE it the active aspect will be worthless. The passive doubtless will be useful though, especially since normal night vision is really rubbish. not really much more to say other than buff the active by about 100% ![]() Skill 3: " I LOVE this concept. It makes SO much sense and yet has not been thought of. Not much more to say really. Brilliant! It counters low HP carries cos it totally screws their lifestealing prospects. Ultimate: "Gnomon increases his concentration allowing him to shoot his bolts The only way this will work is if it's based on Metamorphosis-type skills. The concept is ok but the trade offs are just far too big. -200 MS? No-one is going to use it with trade-offs that big. Perhaps -125/-100/-75 but anything more than that and it's gonna be a white elephant ability. But the concept is sound and fits in with his theme. Overall: This is a rather refreshing Gnoll and |

Review.
I'll start with Ultimate. I think the trade offs as Juggernaut have mentioned are too high. Personally, it's just range, I wouldn't dare skill on the Ultimate anymore, I'd rather but a Lothar's Edge at this point. It doesn't scale too well as well. Scavenger's Presence is a decent anti-carry ability in my opinion. I like it. Hunter's Eye is ridiculously underpowered. What will 200 unobstructed vision do? It's pretty much the range of a melee attacker. The only practical use of that is anti-juking, and that's really an absurd range with a ranged hero. The + sight range passive is a nice addition though. How can deadly bolt silence once every 3 seconds 5 times if its duration is only 5 seconds? Personally speaking, I think this ability is a little overdone. But I really like the minus attack speed part, great synergy with Presence for anti-carrying IMO, the hero is just a concept and pretty much stops at that. And that's the problem I see. Stat growth and abilities don't help you to bring that hero's HP down to 40%. And you need to do that as fast as you can. The Ultimate also clashes a bit, since it actually decreases your potency for a meager range upgrade. I think this hero needs more abilities that will help him actually kill more~ or play more mind games to the enemies.
