Gives: +65ms(doesn't stack with other boots), +4armor, +250 mana, and Replenish Mana

Replenish Mana restores 135 mana in 600 aoe, with a 30 second cd, and 25 mana cost.

This is just an idea I had. Arcane Ring is hardly used, even though it has potential, it just isn't seen because it's not worth it. Ever since Phase were nerfed to not give armor, support heroes have been longing for a boot. This item gives nearly infinete mana for any support hero, but it gives less armor, and less movement speed than the old phase, while still costing more.

I don't believe armor is imba on any boot. I think that the phase ability and phase's movespeed added greatly to that imba, and I think this will be much less imba, while still providing a great option for supporters.

Seems like a weird, but doable idea :O I had a boot suggestion that's mainly regenerative.. Maybe yours' could work also.

maybe you could make another NEW BOOTS that replenishes mana while walking, like 10% of distance travelled will be added to your mana, lasts ? seconds

Well, support heroes don't have a solid boot choice as of now, except maybe bots, but that cost to much most of the time.(2200 at one time is very hard for say a cm)

Arcane Ring is a mana source for you and your team, but compared to the much cheaper items like magic wand, it is basically useless.

Support boots, with armor, and mana giving abilities, just seems to fit. The price isn't to high, and it's not to low, and it's ultimately better for many heroes who need the mana, and the armor, and don't really want other boots.(Plus, it would be great for all of the heroes who might like arcane ring, if it wasn't such a waste, like es, tiny, crix, TC, Omni, and more)

It's viably useful, but not so that everyone will get it, it gives footwear(ringwear?) to support heroes among others, and it gives arcane ring a purpose.

The Arcane Ring icon looks wrong here, you should search a nice looking boots icon but for the concept: Totally T-UP
I love playing support heroes and I'm tired running around with just BoS or buying Treads 'cause there is no alternative.

TUP since we just needed int boots. Treads don't cut it and I'm tired of int tread lions running around trying to dps.

It turned into boots. Seeing as how the ms doesn't stack with other boots, I don't see a reason why this should cost more then it does now.

It's still more expensive than treads and phase, which offer comparable bonuses cost-wise.

In contrast to Arcane Ring, this would be a nice alternative item for heroes, who have already enough survivability, but need more MP to spam their skills. I like the idea

Arcane boots for supporters and int types, other than BoT.
Phase boots for chasers, runners or agile types.

Hmm... I think I agree.

1. The only thing why this could be bad is because some heroes need arcane and BoT
2. However, by the time you buy BoT, you will have enough mana without arcane.

This is actually cheaper then current arcane ring by 25. lol

If you just want the arcane ring benefits, you can still buy other boots without to much waste. That's one of the things that makes this a different type of boot imo.
