After getting: (these are the cookie cutter items for spectre)
Treads
Diffusal
Radiance
Heart
Manta

what is the last item you guys get for Spectre? Justifications appreciated.
A. Vladimir's Offering (for stalemate 1v1 fights?)
B. Blademail (synergizes with dispersion)
C. Butterfly (more survivability and DPS but evasion and dispersion don't happen at the same time
D. Others

It depends on the situation.
If there are heroes with evasion skills I'd go for MKB.
If there are lots of disablers I'd go for BKB.
If there are hard carries I'd go for Butterfly, but if I don't have enough gold, I'd stick to Blademail.
If there isn't anyone who has already taken Vlads, I'd do it.

butterfly, another heart, or MKB if needed. BKB can occasionally be useful too.

I'll normally get Bfly, but vlads work as well against heavy burst damage lineups

how will vlad work against a HEAVY BURST DAMAGE team o_O?

OT if you are facing a burst damage team then Blademail is the way to go
if you are facing perma bashers then Bfly

you are missing blade mail ... get it ... you already have high hp coz of heart and the return to anyone attacking you will be huge..

Dude, replace diffusal with satanic and get bfly. You're almost impossible to kill unless its 1v5.
