Does Doom disable Aegis?

Say you were killed by doom's... doom... and you had aegis, would you still be:

reincarnated?
lose the aegis after respawning at fountain?
or keep the aegis when you spawn at the fountain?

yes Doom doesn't affect Aegis,you'll ALWAYS still be reincarnated ON THE EXACT SPOT YOU DIED

well, i've never been killed by doom when i've had an aegis so i really wouldn't know

Yea, aegis still works whether you die by Doom or not, same goes for Skeleton King's Reincarnation.
