Off-Road Upgrade - (Active, Self Buff)
____________________The Raceway Champion is able to upgrade his cart with spikes for some time. While these spikes are active, he is able to cross cliffs and trees. The spikes are able to damage the enemy and last for 8 seconds.

Radio Carts - (Passive)
____________________Shizzle's cart is able to send out smaller carts which are controlled via radio. This carts attack the same target as Shizzle but the reach of their receiver range is limited. If one cart is out of range, it won't move any more.

Notes:
  • You can find the unit statistics and abilities here
  • Unlocks subskill Destroy
  • The cart can't be controlled by the player, it is computer controlled
  • The cart will follow Shizzle and do nothing, until he attacks an enemy. When an enemy is attacked, the cart will chase this enemy until it or its target is destroyed
  • If the cart leaves a 900 AoE of Shizzle, it will stop and do nothing until Shizzle enters the 900 AoE again. If this happens, the cart will again follow Shizzle and wait for attacking.
  • When a cart is destroyed it will explode for 200 magic damage in a 300 AoE
  • After a cart is destroyed, it list take the time stated in the Cooldown column until a new one spawns

Raceway Champion
Shizzle Nitrospark

Background Story: When someone speaks of goblins, most of the people think of engineering, greed and an incomprehensible love for things that blow up. Shizzle Nitrospark is a perfect example for these things. He mixed his tinkering skills with an extreme love for speed and crafted a race cart that has no equal. Shizzle's car is a mitxture of dozens of turbo-drives, spikes, explosives and other weapons. Maybe that's why he was neaver beaten at the raceway in the Shimmering Flats in Thousand Needles. The fastest and craziest Raceway Champion in the history of the goblins searches new opponents!

If the cart collides with an enemy, he will get damaged and stunned and overdrive will end. If you collide with anything else than an enemy your cart will crash and you get stunned for 2 seconds.

____________________The Raceway Champion is able to profit from chasing his opponents. When he or one of his allies follows the target of this spell for a certain amount of time, they will recieve a buff that increases their movementspeed to the maximum and reduces the damage they take from enemy attacks for 5 seconds. You need to be at most 500 units away from the affected enemy of Slipstream to gain the buff.

Kawabunga! - (Active, Point Target)
____________________A heavy smash of Shizzle's nitro-powered hammer creates a ski-jump at a targeted location. Every ally who runs over the ramp will perform a leap forward. Upon landing, the jumper will damage every enemy around and create a dust clowd around himself which will prevent the hero from behing hit by ranged attacks or spells for a few seconds.

While boosting the cart's movementspeed for the duration the launcher also sends out a wave of missiles when Shizzle travells a certain distance.

3rd spell is passive? Why? I think that spell likes summon 2 cards? Or no?

The spell passively summons creeps.
At level 1 to 3 you will obtain one Radio Cart and at level 4 you will be able to have two of them.
If you have no active cart, a new one will spawn everytime the cooldown is up.

I made this spell passive to have a different summon spell in DotA, unused concept you know.

With that you mean exactly what?
He's a chaser-type hero, like Bloodseeker or Barathrum for example.

He's made to destroy heroes by following them, but he does not have very good stats and no nuking power, that means only weak lane control.
Therefore some advantages and some drawbacks.

I think he's a great destroyer because with 1st, 2nd spell and ulti he can punish all creatures around him. But really good synergy.

2400 damage by level 16, that are split between every enemy around and are reduced by magic resistance.
Nevermore's Requiem of Souls is also 2400 damage at level 16 with maximum souls if he casts it right on top of your hero, is he op?

Numbers can always be changed, comments as such are really idiotic.

Well, it's a movement-based hero, it's clear that his counters are slows and roots, just like every other hero has its counters, too.

1. lol his first skill kinda remind me of the charger's skill in L4D2 lol but i have thought about it yeah pushing an hero away form others can be a pretty good strategy.
