[Text] Shareable Items

Just add to the Tooltip that the items are shareable (they give the bonuses but are not sellable if they are in another players inventory)
This would affect :

Ring of Health
Ring of Regeneration
Voidstone
Sobi Mask
Empty Bottle
Filled Bottle (any number of charges, but NOT with any rune)
Clarity potion
Healing salve
Dust of appearence
Wards (observer and sentry)
Tangoes
Town portals
Both chickens
Gem of true sight
Perseverance
Cheese

Note that some Items are also Teamsellable.
Those are:

Both chickens
Clarity potion
Healing salve
Dust of appearence
Wards (observer and sentry)
Tangoes
Town portals

It would help new players.

It is supposed to be written inside the tooltip, if an item is shareable and/or sellable.
But we might also just add a command: -si (shareable items) which will result in this table up there to be shown to the player that has written the command.

Furthermore this information should be added to the playdota items page.

If player A buys chicken and passes it to B, then B activates it, B is the owner.

T-up. Is this already implemented? I remember some grey words on the tooltip like this when you get other players' items:

"This item does not belong to you, it is muted"
"This item does not belong to you, but it is shareable, it's not muted"

Oh, I see what you are saying now. just add the word "shareable" to bottles, rings, etc.
