Sorry dude, but you had to totally removed "4%/8% chance to kill hero and ancient instantly" because it is imbalance and DotA isn't about super luck. You gonna change it to somehow increased the chance of death to the target.

u should change that to 4% - 8% to kill ancients only below lvl 25, cause this item will take roshan down in 1 lucky hit.

Change to affect lvl<25 ancients or remove. Even with 1% chance it will happen, and its too powerful for one-hitting heroes.
All the other things seem to be OK.

Simply NO to instant hero killing,even when you lower the chance to do it into 0.5%,still no,DotA is a game combine of skill,knowledge and many more elements,not just a lottery show
However,the percentage of instantly killing creeps is nice,perfect for farming(i don't know,carrier might abuse this item cuz this will giving both farming and boosting power),buff it to 7%/12% to instantly kill creeps P/S:You might not know this,but if i am right,not so long ago there was a hero with ability to randomly instantly kill creep in every strike to,guess who?Traxex=)) P/S 2:Guess what?My 1st hero suggestion is Death themed to,ha ha |

i have a suggestion, add a "crushing blow" like in diablo.
make it 5/10% crushing blow for heros CRUSHING BLOW: deals xx% of enemy unit's current hp (heros, ancients) and keep the creep insta kill, but only for creeps below level 5... higher than that => cushing blow |

or maybe for heros, make a debuff that reduces total hero health by 250-500 lasts 10 sec stackable to 10 times but make the proc rate something like 2-3%, or make it 100-150 health stacks up to 50 times but 11-12% proc rate with a 4 sec duration.

If you don't understand why this item might be imba, imagine that you are sniper and you have this, and only this item. The enemy is void with bfly, heart, agh's, refresher, and two divine rapiers.
Normally, snipers dead. With this, 8/100 times, sniper one shots void, and gets two divine rapiers. That is the epitome of imbalanced. Other than that, this item would really promote rice farming. Not only does it cost 5000 gold, but it also gives a skill directly related to farming. And we have too many lifesteal items in the game already. The one thing that makes it interesting is the it improves survivability and gives damage. Skadi, Manta, BKB and linken's are really the only items that truly do this, other then life steal items. And they are quite literally some of the strongest items in the game. It has such a risk of imbalance, that it doesn't seem worth it. |
