Technical Support Forum Rules

In addition to the Global Forum Rules, the following rules apply to the Technical Support section.

List all possible solutions you have already tried.
Explain your issue in as much detail as possible.
(If Needed) Start > Run > Dxdiag > Save all information and post it in your topic. This gives us the specs on your computer.

4. Post your Processor and Memory

5. Post your Graphic Card name and its memory
