First skill clearly was THE spell of this guy. From concept, over usage to the fun factor. Pretty much Elune's Arrow or Meat Hook like. ^^
The side effect of the ultimate was chosen, because I have thought about implementing shattering menhirs somehow.
At first, I wanted to make Paw Push a standalone skill, that is also able to push allies and enemies and the shatter the subskill, but I abaddoned that. ^^

How about those who don't leave the crater in 2 seconds get sent back down in to the center? Can't run away from the mailman!

I would say huge slow, small duration, but that would be a little bit too reminiscent of Raijin's Overload so seems okay.
Ultimate: Mmm...a 50% slow too? Bit too much even if it is situational as no one is going to be able to flee from thing guy.
Overall: Pretty obvious how this is a CTH contest winner, unique skills that synergize relatively well. Good job on building a solid hero! My only problem is the 2nd skill as we have a bunch of war stomp based skills in DotA, but w/e it does do somethings differently.
Skill 1: As said above, I have thought about making Paw Push a stand-alone skill, that can push allies and enemies. But it wasn't what this hero should do mainly.
Skill 2: Terraforming Bash isn't really a War Stomp, it's more like Double Edge, but instead of damaging yourself you make a crater at the location of the targeted enemy.
Skill 3: Cooldown was made to balance the skill. ^^
I remember that one judge at the contest gave me rather bad scores, maybe he wasn't as conviced by this as I was.
Ultimate: This slow is in my opinion pretty situational, and enhances his initating. Of course he's able to slow very well, but an initiator without stuns should be able to do that.
