River Overflow

A shit load of ice crystals are thrown down to the ground but are burned and washes into the river. Now the river overflows and becomes unpassable.

Aghanim's Scepter: Everybody dies and the game ends if cast 5 times due to drowning in bad weather.

Phantom Edge + Multicast + any image skill =

Ball Lightning + Ghost Ship = You summon a tiny rowboat out of pocket dimension, hop on it, and crash the boat to the destination. All within one second.
