Because ingame arrow doesn't have attachment point.

Plus your arrow model seems too flashy, enemies will see it from a mile away and easily evade it. Good for powershot though[if it was green]. T-D.

you are already using an imported model, u can add some cool sfx effect making it elune-ish without an attached effect :S

Arrow is supposed to be a surprise OMGWTFwheredidthatcomefrom skill. If its too noticeable, it will give Mirana a huge disadvantage.
