T-down. It's an orb effect. Your point? I think it's a rather powerful pushing orb effect, so that's why it's balanced. Burrowstrike + Caustic Finale = dead creep wave = yummy gold.

it would make SK ranged since Frost Arrows(and other Orb-walking skill) only applies on ranged heroes. t-null for now.

Why do I get a feeling that people think this suggestion is a complete remake to Caustic Finale?

He got it wrong.
But there is no need of making it togleable/castable or not. Imagine if all orbs were togleable/castable? The point of orb-effect is that is your decision getting it or not, and you can't regret it later.
