This would help carrys to farm much better when combined with quelling and to gain more overall xp. And of course would make the item worth the gold. |

Keep HoM as it is and add the bnous experience.It will make the item much more popular.

You have lessened the recipe cost, but you shouldn't buff IAS. 45 IAS and transmute for 1700 gold? Hyperstone gives 55 IAS for 2100.
Anyway, the exp thing is a good idea for me.

Ok. I agree with 30 ias for 1700. It should not be that good for ias boost, so the ratio money/ias should be lower than hyperstone.
With lower total price, it's already a good buff, and the main idea is the experience thingy. |

Hmm..
Seeing what have you done to the transmute ability I can say that this item would better fit those who highly depends on ganks and cannot farm for themselves (Atrop/Dazzle etc). But they don't acually need IAS so imo it's better to remove the IAS bonus so it would be useless for carries... |

Good idea. But i think not 3x times exp. 1.5x would be quiet enough. & not the buff. Just 1.5x exp increase per creep along with 2x gold bonus from transmute kill.
Cos with 3x you will screw lvling on random map's creeps & will go only for side. Also while you having 30% AS bonus its grant you to have more chance to make last hit on mobs its already good bonus. & having this boost will you go for random creeps while your enemy force your side's mobs back? I think not. Yeah its not a 100% having a place like every time, its depends on situation. But in theory mostly... In that case i will use that item mostly instead of using Dominator(its pretty good for farm & heal as you know also if you will catch 1-2 lvl 5-6 mobs with disables it gives you bonus which you can use to disable/immobilize enemy heroes) -W-

An original idea. Also makes it somewhat useful to heroes that would like to rush certain levels. T-up
