Gyrocopter Strategy?

mana spam items and a bit stats because his low range, those includes arcane bs/linken.. ethereal seems viable on him

I would throw in something like a vanguard at least - he got a shitty str gain, needs to be near his prey to unleash rocket barrage and the ability to dive towers is sometimes needed to finish of missiled enemies.

phase>arcane boots for him, low cd/hp chaser, he needs that mobility to land as much as he can skill one.

Bottle seems a viable item (low mana cost spells and good ganker)
I tried scadi first game with him, the slow effect doesn't affect skill 3.

Ghinsoo/eul does wonders: land ulti/ land stun/time for CDs/escape mechanisms. Dagger too I think. Dagon makes sense. Necro too.(good item for all non blinkers anyway and does wonders if the enemy is trap in the ultimate

) Shiva's, dunno(because he has already 2 low cd farm skill and he is agi(armor)) Tarasque should be better. Ghoscepter occasionnaly, against some hero it makes skill cds come back and a chance for 1/2/4skills combo.

Dunno if a dps build can work with the lazy range, anyway the cleave owns in pushing/farming and a bit in teamfights.

I see him more with supportive items late game hence he is not at all a carry(3nukes olol). You can already ban orb effects items/refresher for him, manta should not be taken too imo (low base hp, no synergie from anything except ms)

Thanks for the replies. I think Vanguard and Bracers are core for him, as well as Arcane Boots / Bottle and Phase Boots. Wand and Urn keeps his HP and Mana in decent levels too. With his insane farming ability with Flak Cannon, he can sure farm more than that, and a Linkens helps you survive longer.

I would use phase->urn/bottle->vanguard->crystalis->manta

His third skill Flak Cannon is an IMBA orb so forget about hotd, mjolnir etc...

Just made him with Treads/Skadi/Basher/Bracer/Talisman
Well, tried him first time, and basher is quite nice for survivability and chasing

He needs some tanky crap, at the very least a vanguard or something. From what I saw today, he fed every game, even in the hands of decent players. Way too paper.
