Spectral Dagger is a pretty rad skill, it allow you to pass through random stuff! Trees, heroes, terrain, buildings virtually anything! It has an excellent range and the speed is good for catching heroes to right after they blink. Though it somewhat lacks in punch. Some suggestions are:

Well, I have to say I'm pretty happy with the current Desolate, at max level it gives off a whopping 50 pure damage per hit!! But it could be improved maybe indirectly through these suggestions:

Disperse has been the arch-nemesis of the nerfstick since maybe the .3xx versions. I haven't been playing that long. The recent buff to disperse could do good to the current Spectre but the skill is still lacking in substance. How about...

Well, haunt is a pretty good skill, a global maphack and blink right up to the target. It could have some improvements though. Namely:

Dagger - manacost 110/120/130/140, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20% ms (bonus & lost), damage type magical
Desolate - -10 damage per creep in 425 AoE Disp - no change Ulti - illusions don't disappear when subskill used |

Spectral Dagger = Pure damage and flying movement. No need to remove vision, though.
Desolate = 1.6 BAT isn't that overpowered if ya ask me ;O Disperse = My own suggestion based on a mix of yours: Upon activation, Gives her a 20/25/30/35% damage reduction, and creates an illusion which hits the enemy unit, every time the enemy unit attacks her, for, say, 50% of Spectre's own damage. Lasts 4/5/6/7 seconds, with a 40/35/30/25 second cooldown, and no manacost. Haunt = 100% damage and the vision is too strong, but not removing illusions upon Reality is just fine. All that was just imo =]

Spectral Dagger: Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes to the flying unit buff (MEGA T-UP). But make the pure damage a bit higher while keeping the mana cost the same. Say... 250 pure with current manacost and slow?
Desolate: The 1.6 BAT and attack range would be great. No need for the backswing, her attack animation is great already. Disperse: It's fine now, although the old one was the best. Haunt: 100% damage is pretty imba, maybe 100% damage with reduced attack speed? And MEGA T-UP to the Haunt images remaining after Reality! |
