I like the concept. What type of damage it deals? Magic, physical or pure? You need to clear that out, because it`s very important.

Hmm it may be a little underpowered like ttotbo has mentioned. Though i was wondering if it will be a better idea to make it an orb effect item...

The ability has a very nice, unique concept, but why do you want to use Yasha as a component? because it's the target's speed that you're calculating.

Really nice item! I liked the skill a lot.
But maybie yasha isnt the right componet. Its already an item that has two possible recipes (manta and s&y). What about using Sange instead? |

Really liked the active skill. Not too underpowered when the hero has a skill that stops ms. You'll be dealing 525(will be reduced by resist)magic damage every 12 sec!

More damage than dagon 2, less cd, better secondary effects, cheaper. All you need is someone with an entagle effect. T-up concept, T-down numbers.

What if the target have a ms beyond 522 ? What will happend

Just a note, the function GetUnitMoveSpeed() won't take into account triggered spells that increase a units movespeed like leap or pounce. So there no need to worry about what happens when the target unit has more than 522 ms.
